    Hey Brian!

I’d take your take on it! I respect your views and have appreciated your guidance over the years. If ya want to E me at my profile, that’s fine. We don’t need to air ALL our opinions on the site.

    WOW!!! I am trully humbled!!

I would prefer to thank each and everyone of you directly for all your support and kind words but then I would be picking a first and a last and none of you would qualify for the latter so I won’t.

    Thank you ALL!!!

I am going to continue to hide but will not hide one for the four didgets. In fact, my next BIG hide won’t really be for any of you. So to speak. I don’t mean that to be disrespectful. It’s more bait than fodder.

Everyone will be able to hunt it, I’ll make sure of that but it will be for those we do not yet know. Sort of.

Thanks a bundle and a few sticks more to all of you! I do appreciate it!

And remember, if no one’s looking, it’s OKAY to grab that ‘cache in front of you!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE! Don’t let this organization go the route of the MnGCA!

I play my own game but look to OUR leaders when it comes to others interests. I don’t know of anyone (and I know of a few) from across the river that can make that same statement.

We all, at one point and time disagree with leadership and that’s okay! That’s what makes us US! We can not, however, undermine the foundation that the WGA was built on. The “house” needs to stand regardless of who resides in it!

I consider many of you friends, if only Geo-friends and don’t feel comfortable with this. I am not taking sides but I am asking that the real objective be brought back to the forefront. That objective being bringing and sharing Geocaching to all of Wisconsin!!

    Let’s keep Wisconsin ‘Caching!

P.S. Send all email to my profile and I WILL answer it asap.

RUN! Just RUN! As fast as you can! A new “world” has opened up to you and it’s yours to explore!!

I know I have noticed areas and things I’ve never seen before eventhough they’ve been there all along.

Keep on cachin’ and happy new year!

Put me down as an “alternate”. Something has come up. I think I’ll still be able to make it but just the same, I don’t want to bump someone who can deffinately make it.

    Keep on cachin’!

    Good News!!!!

    I FOUND CAT!!!

Seems she was, well, let me go back a bit.

After the candle went out, I stumbled around looking for some source of light. Any light would do! As luck would have it, I had blinds on the window and all I had to do was RAISE them!! Who knew!!!

Okay, so it wasn’t THAT easy, I’m just so excited about finding Cat that I jump over some stuff! Well, some stuff. I WISH I would’ve jumped over that afore-mentioned bag! The nasty thing tripped me as I was meandering the dark cavernous Geo-room and caused me to fall. My “mature” stature combined with the placement of the nasty bag caused me to reach out into the dark abyss for some sort of hand hold.

The first seemed solid but quickly gave way. The second was equally solid. Finally, I was able to grasp and hold onto something! It, in return, seemed to be holding on to me.

I was safe! I did not fall! Now back to task! I must find light in order to find my wife!

As I arose with new found vigor and determination, I brushed the blinds. The light giving blinds!!

Just then, Cat came in! My beloved was back!! I could not contain my emotions!! I was over come with joy! And then I heard the sweetest words ever uttered by an angel:

When the “H*&&” are you gonna stop staring at that thing and realize you have a wife!!

Thanks a bunch and a bundle more to all who helped me find my wife!!!

    Keep on cachin’!

P.S. Has anyone seen my GPSr????

in reply to: I can’t find my wife #1740383

Well now! Very impressive credentials indeed! Thanks Jeff for the assist!

Now lets go over the facts:

    I can’t find my wife.

I’ve got a fair bit of Geocaching experience, a newer GPSr, and fresh batteries for back up.

I’ve got my bag packed but must admit, it’s not that nice and well, maybe I can just put some trade items in my pocket.

    I’ve got Cathunter looking.

bnb’s helping out though I haven’t heard from Chiot (puppy) yet!!!

    CB&MB have been very supportive!

    jjjtba is out there searching.

jthorson’s got plenty of experience and is an award winning searcher!! Having him on board is really gonna help!!

Smokey & the Teacher can relate.

And finally, I’m keeping a constant vigil, even resorting to candle light now since that woman turned the lights off in here. Oh, rest assurded! We will find her!!

WOW!! Hey Thanks JJJTBA for all the help!! Looks like I need to look elsewhere! Then again, if I leave and she comes back, will she go looking for me?? And what if she ventures in the same direction as me?? Will I ever find her?? But then if I venture the other way, maybe I WILL find her!! But which way??

    Hmmmm…..

It’ll be seven years this September. I’m looking pretty hard! In fact, not too long ago, I TURNED in my chair and looked almost behind me!!

Thanks Ruth! I’ll give that a try!

MAtter of fact, FOEFN placed this cache in honor of Cat’s graduation from College and her induction into the ranks of Registered Nurses.

    Hey Russ!

    Thanks for looking!

Coincedently, I would have figured Cathunter would’ve been able to find Cat.

    Keep me posted.

    I started with Garmin,
    Found myself swarmin’.
Often I had to move away,
    From that what was harmin’.

    Good Sat. lock I sought,
    So a Magellan I bought.
    For awhile it worked,
    Then it developed a quirk.

I pulled out my old Garmin.
Helded the two side by side.
I knew of a bench mark,
    I went for a ride.

    The Magellan was off,
    The Garmin..Right on.
    I left and came back.
    Again the Mag. got sacked!
    I tried it again,
    But of course,
    The Garmin did win!!

    I decided right then,
    I’d use a Garmin again!!!

    Keep on cachin’!
