I took this two years ago. It was used by Vince Condella on his caching segment during the weather. It seems like so long ago. They still come along with me sometimes, but there schedule doesn’t allow it as much anymore.

This is truly a great series that obviously required a lot of work. I have noticed something over the weekend doing 50 of these caches that was a bit disturbing. Why can’t people screw on the cover of a pill bottle correctly? The painted side goes up and the white side with the sticker saying “hit” or “miss” faces down. The stickers are already fading or missing. Just saying it isn’t too dificult to help out the placers of this series.
I am getting the same message. I would avoid that site unless you are confident in your virus protection software.
Thanks for the Grid. I was getting one put together this morning for next weekend. I know its only Monday, but I have to have something to get me through the week.
I already have 3 DNF’s on this series. I must be blind or something.
I personally will not hunt for any cache listed on hunting grounds after the first week of September until January. The idea is that deer bow hunting season runs during that period. Those hunters are not required to wear blaze orange and they tend to be cranky about any noise or disruption of their hunting area. I know most are on public grounds, but it is better not to anger a twenty something with a razor sharp stick. I am sure you could disable caches during that time period.
people thought I was PharmTeam’s daughter (nope, no relation).
I actually asked the Pharmteam that question during the Cache Ba$h this year.
I get this question everytime I cross paths with another. I often get, “you don’t even have a beard”. I read the book “How I became a Pirate” about a million times to my daughters. The Pirate, Braid Beard, asks a child he met (more like kidnapped) on a beach to hide his treasure. It seemed to fit.
Thanks for mentioning this book. I just ordered it. I wouldn’t mind spending a cold morning discussing it.
For those wanting a bit more edgy take on geocaching, You should look out for the release of the movie “Splinterheads”. There is a trailer on geocaching.com.
Disney does not allow caches on property, but here is a book mark for a couple virtual caches on Disney property. http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.aspx?guid=b3c6019f-c480-4241-a36f-9b4d960d52c2 This might be a good place to start. Have Fun.
