I grew up in Milwaukee and lived mostly on the north side until about 25 years ago, when I moved to Racine. I never knew Milwaukee had this many parks. In fact, I never heard of some of them. I know some are only one city block in size, but still… The SOM series introduced me to a few of them.

Congratulations on 500 caches found. Your cache per day rate is phenomenal.

Congratulations on your 1000th find. Quite an accomplishment.
Here’s to a class act..all the way. Thank you, Socko, for what you’ve given to geocaching.
Say..a winter jamboree in Waukesha one weekend..another winter event up north the next..sounds like a fun way to get through the winter blahs to me.
Congrats on 200. Good luck on the way to 300.
Always something special about that first milestone..congratulations.
I agree. I did this cache a month ago and was very impressed with it. Part of the loop takes you on a nice scenic hike along the Fox River. Really worth doing.
I’ve already done this cache, but if Team Badger is working on it, I’d like to tag along. I could give pointers on how to find the parks since I live in between them. The waypoint markers are easy to find….but can you find the right ones?
Wow..’Join the order’ must be one heck of a cache…I’ll have to keep that one in mind if I ever get up that way.
For a second favorite..it would be a tough call. I guess my next favorite would’ve been where the ‘old’ Delaware was once hidden before it was sucked up (down) by the tree. I searched for it on a whim and was unsuccesful, but I enjoyed the trek out to the river from the trail. To be honest..I enjoyed the entire 56 caches that I searched for..Texas being my first find and Colorado being the last official (Rehidden Kentucky the unofficial) find. Thanks again to everyone involved in putting this series together. It will be a tough act to follow.
