I like the way they look, but when I pan out in other directions, it doesn’t show those caches.
Way to go! 2500 is just around the corner. Keep up the good work.
WTG, Ralph. Keep up the good work.
HEY!!! You beat me to it. No, seriously, Congratulations, Russ and Sandy, and best wishes on the way to your next milestone.
Congratulations. Keep up the good work.
You went just over 6 months without missing a day of finding caches? Now that’s quite a feat. I think it took a lot just to voluntarily stop it by yourself. Congratulations all the way.
It’s on the Fox6Milwaukee website, under weather, and look for the Cachefest link.
I must admit that I have in fact used the phone-a-friend lifeline on a few occasions for help, but I am not real big on doing it. In spite of this, I welcome anyone to call my cell for help when they’re looking for caches. I don’t mind others giving me hints via emails (without me even asking), but I prefer to go for broke. I like a hint to help me narrow my search, but once the secret is literally given away, it diminishes the excitement of the find. I was zero for ten looking for Ian’s Incredibly Evil Invitation, and only asked Rogheff where it was AFTER it was archived.
I like any cache, no matter what, although I do favor the larger containers in the woods or the fields. I actually find myself hiding more micros these days, but they’re easier to find hiding places for and to replace if stolen. I recently put one in a guardrail, but it was placed near a point of interest and is easy for those who are physically impaired to get to.
Congratulations and best wishes. Just proves that great things are derived out of geocaching.
Congratulations on reaching the 2k plateau, John.
That really is quite impressive, especially since multi-caches are not quite as common as they used to be.
Thanks for the time and effort you all put into that.
6000? You go girl! Keep up the good work.
Another thing I noticed is that on newer caches there is no map inset.
