Way to go!! Well on your way to that 1000 mark! Congrats!!
while stuck here at work, doing 12 hour shifts over the holiday weekend, Bushwhacking Queen used me as an info gatherer for some of these caches.
GCY089 now has new coordinates posted in the log, by beu11boy – problem there was that the west coords were listed as W 087.50.xxx and they were suppose to be W087.48.xxx
GCY06R BQ stated that this one was within 12 ft.
GCXZWP 9/2 there were 2 relatively new cachers who found this one.
Something weird must have been going on with Team Mopeds GPSr. I HATE when that happens!!! Kinda like that one weekend last September, when I was up in the Crivitz area, TRYING to place temps for my event and there was absolutely NO satellite reception for several hours. Kinda creeped me out. to top that off, I got a call thru to my cell when I was was down in a ravine, where there should have been NO reception for cells at all. Go figure!! LOL
Would be nice to have a [b}RRRWUNWisconsin Forum[/b}
aka Really Really Really Way Up North Wisconsin Forum LOL can cover all those desolate caches, give bear watches, etc
It’s a great idea and something Digital Dan and & were just discussing the other nite!
GAS PRICE CHECK!!!
Just got back from placing 30 temps up Nord. Gas is at $2.84 but with a PigglyWiggly Pig card, you can get 5 cents off a gallon at the PigStop. Sooooo…it’s comparable to Green Bay prices right now!
Thanks for the info…..will try both those sites and see how they work!!
ROFLMAO… quick like a rabbit CB 😉 Well if I wouldn’t ASK before I look, that wouldn’t happen
It’s the blonde HARE!oK…. now that I have asked the questions… NEVER MIND!! I found it!!
Sheesh. I should have known I would figure it out after playing around with it a bit.
Oh WAIT….Still have ONE thing to ask though…… when I put in the hint, does it encrypt or do I have to encrypt it????
How about a Crusade of Cachers???
I get “Wisconsin Trails” Magazine and found this nifty lil article on the sport, back in 2004 I think. I asked my best buddy (aka Digital_Dan) if it sounded like something he’d like to try. We went out a few times and we were hooked! We get out together to cache on occasion, but often times cache on our own or with other cachers.

I posted a link to the event in the MIGO forums for the U.P. chapter. Hopefully there will be some fellow Yoopers that will be able to make it!
Hey.. THANKS that would be way kewl!

on the same note there is also coins/bugs that only want to visit virtual caches. so I see no problem doing what you want, it’s not like your hurting anyone.
Good point about the TB and coins visiting virtuals. I guess if the TB/coin owner states what they want done, then let it be.
I don’t see a problem with the Owner logging in and out of the caches they do either. The ones that are… well….disappointing I guess I could say(?)…are the TB’s that one person grabs from a cache and takes to “umpteen” different caches, then finally after an exhausting amount of time, drops it off for good in a cache. I have had that happen on one of mine. It’s ok… and really no biggy…but I guess I would rather see it be picked up from one cache and dropped off somewhere for another cacher to move on. I suppose it all depends on the owner too. Is the owner looking to see how many caches it visits, the miles it puts on or the destinations???
Best way to get that problem fixed I guess is, for ME, as a TB owner, to be more responsible and specific on the goal for the TB.
Otherwise let people do as the please…EXCEPT FOR KEEPING IT!!! 😀

Anyone want to “adopt” me?
Not a problem.. I’m sure there will be plenty of takers!! We’ll pair ya up with some other great cachers!! 😉
Just a reminder…Please sign up by Tuesday, September 5th, so I have time to get out all the info to everyone. Also, I will be adding info to the cache page, so add it to your watch list for updates!! 😀
Thanks!!
Personally, I don’t think a virtual is something a cacher should be logging a TB in and out of, since there is no actual container, nor should they be doing so to a cache they have not visited.
Some people take TB’s and log them in and out of every cache they visit. If the TB can actually FIT into the cache I think they should just move it on, into one cache of choice. (Unless it is their very own TB, I should say).
There are TB’s such as MY SELF…yes I am an actual TB, as I have my # tattooed on my ankle, which I then log myself into events and usually one cache per state I visit. I also make myself available for others to “Discover”. I do it for the fun of seeing how may miles I travel and to see the surprise on cachers faces when they see it. Why did I do it originally?? I got tired of people stealing TB’s and not moving them on, so I made sure THIS one would get stole. LOL Unless some nice Aussie wants to take me back to Australia or New Zealand.
