Hear about this the day it happened. A lil BQ Bird told me 😉 Congrats Bob (& Bonnie too!!)!! still remember the day we all met at my event and when you got your first 100!! Hard to believe you have blasted past me by 2000!! LOL

Here’s to finding another couple hundred when we head to Scotland in 3.5 months and their Mega event!!!! I wonder if they will make us all wear kilts for caching!! LOL

I made the mistake, a bout 6 yrs ago, of checking my suitcase that contained my GPS, batteries, some camera CD’s, 2 boxes of expensive protein bars and a large pack of batteries along with all my cloths. We got shifted to another airline, the suitcases went missing for almost 2 days and when we DID get them, all the above was MISSING. I was told, “Oh… the people looking through the suitcases to make sure it was yours, must have forgotten to put them back.” yeah RIGHT!! I will NEVER check anything of any value again!!!!

I have archived for similar reasons mentioned above. I sort of feel that if a cache has been around a while, and areas have been locked up with the same old same old, that maybe they should be archived to give others a chance to place in the area, as well as giving those previous owners MORE caches to do themselves. 🙂
