Wow…some of you have been married longer than I have been alive…

Isn’t it scary that in recent years, being married that long is not normal?

Married 7 1/2 years. Some days are good, some days are bad, but I wouldn’t trade a one of them.

Though, she IS the reason I never moved back to Colorado…so I should be holding that against her…

Haven’t forgotten about this…. just got super busy with work, and my class load got heavier as well…

Sorry for letting it slid so far, it’s still on the burner…

I like the new 4 door Wranglers a LOT, but they are too pretty and I;d be afraid to scratch it up. If a Jeep doesn’t have some “tree pinstriping” on it, you lose points with the Jeep guys…

Not as eye catching as the earlier versions…but the first time I could convince the wife to look at one..

You know, I actually like the second gen xb better. Not quite as boxy, a little more sleek. Still different, but I don’t think it looks as…idk, cheap? I was actually toying with the idea of getting one, but with the Cooper, we really needed something bigger.

Have you SAT in one?? our XB has more passenger room in it than our full sized ford explorer. Really. The back seats are palatial!! This weekend, I had a 6’3″ teenager, a 240 pound sister-in-law, AND a full sized car seat in the back, with nary a complaint.

I am 6’3″, LARGE bodied dude, and I have more room in the front that in our Explorer.

If it’s internal size holding you back….. try one out, you will be SHOCKED!!

That being said, all this new car talk has me in the market… we are dropping the 97 explorer….I want a Jeep!

Got my invite. all set. See you on the gridiron!!

Scion works the same way. They call it “Pure Pricing”.

We knew the number walking in the door, and the dealer knew it, so we never talked dollars until we were filling out paperwork, and they tried to get me for fabric coating and weather treatment nonsense….

$4200 in “protection plan” crap for my budget economy car?? NO THANKS!!

I’d be up for it if there is room… I can’t do any worse than I am in Muddy Bottoms fantasy baseball league…. 😥 😥 😥

“Umm pardon me, could I go poke around your military base for a little bit, then walkout with a camo-painted ammo box after a while…thanks!”

    Wow! Congrats!!

I was eyeballing this one for a milestone find in the future, what with it;s pirate-y theme and all…now with an even fancier pedigree, I might have to make this a higher priority!

    Good Work!

Wow, I guess the Threadstealers forum needs some gorilla glue, since we seemed to have seeped over into the rest of the forums, and stole this thread…

    Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters
    Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
    Queen Victoria: Demon Hunter
Robin Hood and Friar Tuck: Zombie Killers
Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and Zombie Jim

I’ve read all these. I’ve always been a fan of alternate history stuff, and urban fantasy is right up there on the awesome levels, so combine the two, and you have gold in my library!!

If you haven’t read Pride and Prejudice, or Sense and Sensibility, I highly recommend reading them before the “and zombies” or “and sea monsters” versions. it makes it so much sweeter. It had been a few years since I had read P&P, and when I read it back, it made the “and zombies” version so much more fun.
