Thank you to all. It is unbelievable how fast word travels. Geocharger from West Bend (my brother and sister-in-law) gave him little onesie that says “Nano Cachelovsky” Terrain 1, Difficulty 5! Among about 5 other clever geocaching shirts. We can’t wait to get back on the trails!
Here is the requested darker version. I hope you like. Can I have two entries? This one and the regular one? Or do I need to choose?

I hope you enjoy!
As talked about it another thread…here would be the camo version of my previous entry. It would be used so that the WGA sticker could be placed on camoed caches. 😀

If you want to see this compared to my original entry, just look back to the first posting earlier in this tread.
I just started doing it, and have put the logo on all of my caches now. Hopefully, it raises the awareness of this group!
We use a eXplorist 210…I know people may not think it is the greatest unit, but I LOVE IT!!! You can have your color screens and all of the bells and whistles…our 210 is all we need…it has the only three things we need….
1) You can download caches directly into it!
2) It is easy to use
3) It finds GEOCACHES!
We have thought about getting a better/newer model…but WHY, this one does everything that we need. If you pair the 210 with our Palm, it is unstoppable! If you have some specific questions, just PM me, and I will be more than happy to help.
Congrats Frizz!!
Here is my simple logo suggestion…my opinion is less is more. I don’t know if you wanted the actual words…Wisconsin Geocaching Association on the logo…but here it is
[/b]I don’t have real strong feelings on this one…I hunt everything…I enjoy everything. Some days I am up for a great hike in the woods, walking through knee deep snow, other times I am happy for the easy 1/1s. Sometimes I like mind-bending puzzles, or days I feel like I never want to see another puzzle again. I would just have to be thankful that there is a VARIETY!! I wouldn’t want every cache to be a 2 mile hike…or I wouldn’t want every cache to be a micro in a tree.
There have been many comments regarding…not liking stealth caches.
I also agree with those who don’t like stealth caches.
I would have to say that stealth caches were part of the draw I have toward geocaching: knowing that thousand of people walk/drive by something everyday, and never know that something is there. It amazes me! ….that’s all…that’s my two cents 😀
I don’t know how I missed this thread…THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
It is amazing how a small hobby can turn into a large obsession!
I hope that people in the Green Bay/Appleton area aren’t waiting on me to organize this event. Like I said before I would be more than willing to HELP, but feel as if planning and organizing would be a little much.
Congrats Peach…what is this Appleton and Green Bay cachers getting along?!?! What is this world coming too…. 😀 😀 😀
What I do is to just make a Pocket Q. off of the Bookmarked list. Then you can view it in Google maps. It has been working fine for me using IE7. Thanks Team Deejay for putting this together…even if we know who the win will be 🙂
Looking at the fresh batch of LONELY cache, and looking at the map, I have to make one observation. There are hardly any lonely caches in Green Bay!
02/27/2008 at 5:46 pm in reply to: Like Puzzle Caches? Near Appleton? Help a California cacher! #1885244I never knew that this cache existed…very interesting. I see that Giz was co-hider, and that a few Appleton cachers have claimed finds on it. I would be up to helping you out…crossing another state off the list sounds great!! Let me know if I can help.
If you are looking for puzzle qualifications 😀 😀 😀
