  • OK, I’m getting curious about this one. Does anyone have pics on what I’d be up against? And If I were to tag along (possibly with JJTBA, if that’s ok with them?) could I show up with boots, food and a flashlight and be ok? I’m new to geocaching, but young enough and in reasonably good shape, so that’ll make up for a lack of experience, right? Well, I can dream LOL

Let me know if you’d let me possibly tag along too. If I’d just be in the way, you can tell me.

Congratulations He is precious, beautiful, and perfect! Newborns are just amazing, aren’t they?

Well, I don’t have industrial strength hip waders, rapelling gear, or the pain tolerance to walk 3 miles without shoes, torn clothes, or in need of medical attention LOL. Looks interesting for sure… I don’t think I’m ready for all that. It was a good read though!

    Can I have a link?

How fun for those kids to stumble across it!

What happened to the other spot (quarters?)? Or did you just condense it down…. Well, I’m halfway done with it now I guess. I liked the one that was taken away- that was a great spot!

OK- no more bubbles, thanks for the info on them! Lottery tickets would be fun…

Watch out for bubbles….the containers can leak

    Even the sealed ones?

Small plastic toys are good, as long as they’re not gross/broken small plastic toys.

Know what? This needs a new thread

Nah- more like John Grisham, Mary Higgens Clark… older bestsellers that I have picked up at garage sales for cheap.

OK, I haven’t left Racine yet, so they’ve never gone too far I’m learning, I’m learning….

So, what do you do if you pick one up with no goal tag and find out it really does have a goal you’re not able to fulfill? Drop it back at the same sight or go ahead and drop it at the next one you go to?

I have taken out circles of pvc piping, wet audio tapes, resteraunt menus, rock hard dough and assorted broken toys. And I’m still well under 50 finds. I don’t mind replacing this junk, but I’d like at least one thing in each cache that resembles something fun!

    This should be a rule-

Don’t put your garbage in a cache. My sons get pretty disapointed when we hike quite a ways and all we find is garbage. Sometimes, quite literally. I understand one mans trash is anothers treasure, but come on….
