Finally got around to figuring this out. It would be 14 states plus Washington DC and Puerto Rico, plus Mexico. ~Cachew

So if minefields only rate a 4 1/2 terrain…. What would they consider a 5?
Well, its a 5 if you have to use special equipment – like a helicopter – to traverse the minefield or climb the ‘Elevation gain is about 1200′ in 1/2 mile’.
