Hooootie Hoo, Bec !!!!!!!!! 😀
Try going to -Edit-Waypoint Properties and see if you can select different Symbols from there.
Also, you might try a complete uninstall, reinstall from an old version and then load the upgrade of the version you prefer.
Let me know what happens…
Cachew JohnWhen that happened to me, I dumped it and reloaded 6.13.7
I have no need for the large icons and find the older version to work very nicely in comparison.
You have the correct parking place – but it is not a parking lot. During summer months, there is space SW of the intersection – but no telling about how high the snow is. We had a significant melt yesterday, 12/27.
Havew fun – this is one of my favorites!
I picked up four of the nuvi 200’s today: stocking-stuffers 😀
I also learned one thing about long check out lines at WalMart: there weren’t any at the jewelry counter 😮
😀 I geocache 4 times a year – 3 months at a time!!!
Skunk!!! I’ve always wanted one! Wow! 8)
Welcome! This thread could go in a LOT of directions…
What if one had a PC and an i-phone?
I’ve set free just one travel bug in my geocaching career, the Lil Otter, celebrating her 3000th find – back in 2004.
From 5/2004 to 8/2005, it traveled 39,634 miles and saw places like Australia, Germany, Austria and Hungary.
Turned up missing in Montana 🙁
Definitely need to zoom out on the map…

I’ve geocached in Holland, Germany, Austria and Hungary. My technique was to download queries into GSAK on my laptop. Some geocache pages were in English: Germany is a big English speaking country. Some were in both languages, but most were in the native language.
So, I just used GSAK to tell me the size, difficulty and terrain of the cache and went hunting. Just think like the hider.
They REALLY are into puzzle caches and multi-caches there.
I was able to make friends over there that actually helped me post some of my finds in German and English.
Had a lot of fun geocaching there! Hope you do too!
I live on the west side, but will be gone for a week – geocaching in Oregon, Washington and the Canadian Rockies. Will contact ya on my return.

Looking at where the Y’s fall in this comparison, the ’60’ would be the one for me…
I use a bean bag mount for a Garmin Nuvi 760 with great success. The Colorado is much taller in profile – wouldn’t know about that. I used simple velcro for my GPS V before that – no problemo. (That would not work with the Colorado on top of the dash, might on a vertical surface.)
