CB&MBThanks all! It’s such a pleasure to cache with so many fun people! We love this little game and look forward to each time we get to go out on the trails. The company we keep only adds to the fun. Happy Caching Everyone,

CitySelect is the map software with auto-routing capability. If you try this with TOPO active, you will go on a wild goose chase!

Have we gone on goose chases John?

Looking to get one as our 60CS is now in transit…

I agree, here (except for the unecessarily snide rhetorical question at the end).
Hmmmm…another attack?! There was nothing snide there, just my reminder that we shouldn’t do what you just did.

Hey Dawn, do you think he gets away with that condescending garbage often? Guess my offer of a cache-off isn’t going to fly. That’s okay, one crying male cacher (the detective) is enough.
MajorBratLet me play “Devil’s Advocate” for a moment. A couple of people see some information about caching. They decide to give it a try. They find that they rather enjoy it and begin to do it more often. They come up with a way to rate what they see/do/find that they enjoy. While those of us who have been doing this for a while, and have seen the good, bad and ugly of the sport may find this offensive…I have to wonder, have any of those who have criticized them bothered to shoot them an email and ask what’s going on? Other than the request made by Uncle_Fun, has anyone asked them to do anything about their logs or photos? Has anyone bothered to find out where they heard about Geocaching and who, if anyone, parented this couple? Perhaps they are doing what someone did before them. All of this seems like a personal attack and we at the WGA don’t do that, right? I for one plan to send them an email and see how they’re doing…who knows after that!

(What makes you think she wasn’t already at the finder’s tree?)
Okay, sounds like someone needs some schooling on the fine art of Team Caching! First, everyone on the team is equal, no one cacher is any better than any other. There is only a group of people with one common goal, find the cache and sign the logbook. Second, at no time do we refer to those in the group as females and/or males. There are only those who call the finder’s tree and those who wander aimlessley until they get tired of being laughed at, at which point they too join the group of finders. We’ve all cached with both of these people.
LOL!!! What a bunch of diaper filling!
I would be glad to gather a group of female cachers to join you in a male/female “cache-off” any time you feel like playing! Just let me know…MajorBrat
