I’ve found if I use a hair dryer (high heat) to soften the glue the sticker will come off in one piece with a razor blade.  The sticker will still be screwed up but, at least it’s not in a zillion pieces.  A little goo gone and the glue cleans up quickly from the windshield.

I normally take (3) long average readings directly on the container/hide.  I’m not sure why a person would list coords. that weren’t as accurate as possible?  After taking the readings, I generally walk away a minimum of 30 ft., wait a few seconds, and then back track to see which of the (3) readings gets me closest to the hide.   Another thing I’ve done recently is punch that ‘good’ reading into the smartphone app just to see how close the app puts me to the hide.  I never make adjustments based on the phone but, it’s interesting to see how close or how far off the mobile phone can put GZ.
