Getting thicker … still warmish.
The top is thickish but then when I stir, it gets all thin again. Definitely doesn’t look like pudding so far.
Oh Oh! Pat, after 30 minutes my chocolate isn’t getting very think. Should it be getting to the consistency of pudding? Have you ever tried reheating it?
Pat did I send you the recipe for the 5 layer chocolate pie? I wonder if the chocolate and whipped cream in that would be about the same thing.
My chocolate is beginning it’s first 15 minutes. It was steaming after the 10 minutes so I hope that is the look I need.
I did …. 2 Tablespoons to 1 cup skim milk equals whole milk. Someone made a nice list.
I made the cold cranberry/orange relish. Forgot to buy the pre-made graham cracker crust so make your own is in the oven. Squash was cooked earlier, just need to reheat. Next a date with the double boiler, chocolate & Knox. No whole milk so now to see how much heavy cream to add to skim. Hope someone has asked that question somewhere on the internet.
Sorry Pat! For the Sinful Pie, do you make your own graham cracker crust right off the box?

Me too Birdin but I sometimes run out of library books, especially when we’re out of town. Besides running out of batteries for my book light.
