seldom | seen is looking for coords for the moved signage I saw as we drove through Brownsville over two months ago. Anyone going that way soon? It is within the city on 49, on the north side of the street. Hopefully, I wasn’t seeing things that weren’t really there!

This is the biggest ammo can, GC1MDCE, I have found but I have found a few outhouse sized ones.
It’s been raining hard for what may be close to an hour now. Just heard the eaves begin to overflow. The subfloor in the new house had standing water this morning and nowhere to squeege it out. May try a shop vac and a generator tomorrow. Wish they had at least gotten the felt (?) on. The fill next to the building sunk so much that I was thankful for the “brick ledge” to use as a step. Guess that is one way to compact it!
We have home inspection tomorrow and buyers appraisal on Wednesday. Not out of the woods yet!

C560 is a personal home and it looks like it is a bit frustrating right now. The right buyers will show up at the right time, Iām sure. Hang in there! Remember, youāre selling a āhouseā. Itās the memories of it being your āhomeā that are taken with you.
Thanks Jim. We’re building a new house and the bank wants the current one sold before closing on the construction loan. So much more complicated than it was 28 years ago.
You should always price it a bit higher than you will settle for. If they take it at that price, take the money and run. If they counter-offer with a lower amount (that isnāt an insult) that you are happy with, they will be happy, too.
Agree with that but haven’t even gotten an offer. Four showings in 51 days, something seems a little off!

Curious, who set your asking price? We are thinking realtor set ours too high but then again, thatĀ is where they are suppose to be the “expert”. Also, want to know who took the photos, ours are pretty bad of the inside, taken by the realtor.
For all I have been on here this summer, I should do the “remember me” start too. JimandLinda, our house is up for sale and we’re going the no stairs route too. Packing and running stuff to storage, closer to the new house.
Are these really gone, GC8FC6 Power the Future–WI? They have been there so long that I don’t even notice them anymore. Who travels the area routinely that can confirm before it gets archived?
