OOps! April of 2011
Still learning and still curious!!! Can someone tell me why caches are on the Jan/Feb list that were found in April 2010?
The one on Ramlen Court in Appleton was really good, music thru car radio and a donation box on the sidewalk. We saw it 2 years ago so it has probably grown.
Here’s the one with a cache attached in Appleton area

I want health for myself and for those I care about, both family and friends. And that no one is in pain.
I want to see less of the Republican presidential candidates and the Kardashians.
I want to see chocolate marshmallow Santas in my stocking.
I would send some if I knew where to send them.
So if you find deer carcasses like this, should it be reported? Will the DNR come pick them up and throw them someplace else? The geotrail went right by all this plus a pile of other waste. I went in a different way rather than get any closer. Wonder if the bags are closed enough and might explode later. Yuck!
Will try that next time … this way you aren’t shocked when you open the forum.
Can’t get the photo to post so click for the gruesome deer I found today.

If the GPSr’s GPX folder appears to be empty when viewing on the computer and I empty the computer’s trash BEFORE I disconnect the GPSr, isn’t it empty? I don’t care to have 2000 caches in my GPSr so that is why I am trying to completely empty it sometimes, when I add new ones. The Nuvi only holds 200 caches, I think, so I try to keep that one completely empty before each cache trip.
Same thing happened today when I was loading the Dakota for a run today. I wanted to load 15 caches and there are 8 Waypoints and 15 caches already in the Dakota. Even though I saved each one twice, one didn’t load. I don’t use a secondary program for loading. I load from a Bookmarked list so I don’t have a bunch of caches in the GPSr that I don’t intend to pursue.
Haven’t figured out how to use GSAK for any of that yet since I just started using it.
Really shouldn’t need a CITO anywhere! But some people just don’t care.
It was either a circus tent or my car! Since I usually go caching in it, when you see it, you will know who’s there. I really liked the combination of the car, clouds and mist being the same color when I took the photo on a bridge in MT. I need a TB tag for it. LOL
