I don’t get it… Why are you posting a picture of a lamp post?
03/29/2010 at 3:24 pm in reply to: Kenosha- Cacher wanted for American/German Exchange Cache #1925457I can help out.
Gander Mountain has camo duct tape as well.

Someone from GC.com contacted the lister – according to the log book the owner is Cheeseheads. Now why would they let a perfectly good looking cache like that go missing?
Based on the information I was able to glean before the listing was pulled, I have no idea what cache this is. They gave November of 2005 as the first log, and I don’t have any Illinois finds in that month, nor do I have/had any caches that were hidden then, either.
Scam?
We’re going, and we’ll be Trudy camping this time around.

My initial post that started this thread spelled out the acronym ALR… I guess I could have explained what they were better for the masses. My bad..
What’s an acronym?????

I forgot to mention, but it’s pretty obvious that the colors range from RED to PURPLE in rainbow fashion.
ROYGBIVIs that how it goes? I thought they were ordered to honor the famous Russian chromotologist, Vib Gyor… 😆
Cool map! Is there a key for how dense each color represents?

I’m not sure I’ll get a state sticker this year if it has butterflies on it. That’s just too girly.
And yes, I’m kidding. 😀
What part are you kidding about? The “not getting a sticker” or the “girly part?”
Without reading onwards, I’m going to guess that the answer is “yes”. 😉

Bravo! Clean, professional, clear. I was always (and still am) a fan of the ‘g’ but I’m very happy with this outcome. Thanks, board and whoever else deserves it for arriving at this decision and seeing this through. Well done.
When can I start putting it on my cache pages?
This is now the official logo, so feel free to update your cache pages to replace the old logo if you wish.
Good morning, and welcome!
I think it also works if you replace the GC number with a travel bug code or a waymark ID.
