Congrats!
Congrats!
At least I didn’t put puzzles there! 🙂
I jumped on a smurf because I can’t control myself!
congrats!
The biggest frustration, of course, is missing stages, but isn’t that true when a traditional cache is missing, too?
Except missing a traditional single cache seems somewhat less disheartening than missing waypoint 3 on a multi. That to me is why I prefer other types.
a recent random log on a multi: (not my log)
Found WPT 1 but could not find the final even using the hints. Have to go back another day.
speaks for my answer of Yes, they are lower in “priority” then others. With one caveat, I am answering based on a true multi (more than one container to find). Offsets, cemeteries with math, night caches etc that are categorized as a multi but don’t have multiple containers to find are prioritized higher than true multi’s on my list.
The more waypoints, the lower on the priority list.
I would rather solve a puzzle than hunt a multi.
Good luck on Dark Knight and Spooky Lagoon 2. Both are tough night caches.
I’ll pass on the offer. Might just have to take a trip to Seymour this weekend though to grab that one with my son.
Thanks for the heads up on the Walmart deal. I spread the word to a few loved ones….
It’s great for the CAR PART of geocaching.
But when I park the car I switch to my handheld. That’s exactly what I intend to do once I get a GPS for the car.
And use it so I don’t get lost as much! And lessen my chances of totaling another vehicle.
Gotta love getting new gadgets.
and now the dog remembers snow…
Solved 2 lonely puzzles this weekend… Puzzles are the best way to score lonely points. They get (legitimitely) lonley pretty quickly, are almost always not MIA, and the difficulty is usually inflated by the puzzle not the hide 🙂 And it seems Dave sure likes revisiting all of them in the valley every 2 months….
Congrats… and “good morning” 🙂
Thanks for the VERY timely thread…
I asked for cash to purchase an auto GPS for christmas and will have to make a decision 🙂
I’ve never used one…
Do the auto ones come with good street maps by default (unlike the handhelds)?
I will watch this thread with interest….
a few. most are outside my normal driving distance for caching so they sit and wait.
