How is the drain hose connection? Is it just a drain hose that goes down the drain? and how old is the washer? We have a new one that has a sensor for wetness during the cycle. We thought we had a washer proble so called the repair guy.
He came out, did a bunch of tests. he figured out it was a revese siphon thing. That the end of the hose was too far down the drain, that it was actually ciphoning back up as it was pumpng out causing the sensor to go beserk.Hayward is less than a hour drive south of Brule. You could spend a day here. Visir all the stores downtownm fudge shop, & Ice cream shop a must.
You can vist the Big Fish, and go to Wilderness Walk(petting zoo) take in a lumberjack show and lots of many caches. If you go to Cornacopia, you really need to hit Lost Falls. It’s a little bit of a hike, but I’m told that there is a trail that goes right to it, thou we didn’t find it till we hiked out. ALso lots of State Parks. Copper Falls, Amnicon, Patterson, and a nice little park/campgound just south of Brule and the fishhatchery is kinda cool too.I think it all depends on the type of unit use. I think all the newer Garmins use 100k. I have the new 62st and still not too sure about the maps. I sure others will chime in and give you more info.

http://www.geocaching.com/adopt/default.aspx?I NEVER leave the house with out my Swiss Army Knife(SAK) I think I carry either the Woodsman or the Huntsman cuz of the small saw blse it comes with, plus the sissors, twezzers and yes, Ihave used the corkscrew to open a few wine bottles, plus I buy the mini screwdriver at scre right into it. I’ve carried one for more than 25 years. And if I know I’m gong to be out in the woods, I strap on my leatherman. Them pliers do come in very handy.

I made a homemade gizmo that I just finally took out of my caching bag. I had taken a piece of stiff wire and bent it like a hook so I could put it around a stick to retrieve those high caches. This is helpful for those of us who are vertically challenged. But I just took it out of my bag because I was tired of getting poked. It came in handy a time or two though.
But ya gonn do if ya need it? Could ya not wrap in it tape or dip the ends in wax?

The local government is likely sick and tired of hearing from this person already….the choice to change it as a regular cache is yours…but letting folks like this get there way is what is wrong with this country.
Couldn’t have said it better. The public access means that anyone that wants to search for the cache can visit the land. If I bring a picnic to the park to I have to share with anyone that stops by and wants a bite?
But the real question is, KFH, if you brought a picnic lunch to the park, and someone came by and asked for a bite, would you share? 😀
The question is, Who wants to eat Hippie food?? 😯 Have ya seen some of the stuff he call food???? 😯 😉

There are also a couple places that rent canoes and kayaks.
As for caches….caches on NSP property(on either side of the river) are a no go. But they say that every year thay look into it. If a Park Rager comes up to you and ask you what you are doing, say just hiking, If you say geocaching they will give you a ticket right there on the spot! A couple of $$$. I do have a few cache along the river where they are legal to to be..@huffinpuffin2 wrote:
