Hope that helps. It should also be availiable for down load from the site. And just to check, did you make sure you either checked or unchecked the right boxes. I know the 1st time I started running PQ that I had problems with that.
photogeocaching.com
Found it!SOMEWHERE on here I posted a link to a Photocaching site. I guess I did not save it in m Fav’s folder
Food for thought then and a whole new can of worms, If you walk, run, bike, hike or drive by where GC.com say a cache is listed, Did you find it?You spot the Inter. Nat. Space Station flying over head. Did you find the cache that has been placed on it? You solved a puzzle to get the coords for a cache that a 500 miles away, does that earn you a smiley? Everyone plays the game they want. Who of any of the playes has the right to tell you if your right or wrong. If I were you, shoot a email to someone at the Lilly PAd and see what ya get back for an answer.

. . . we didn’t sign the log (although gc doesn’t require it)
Just a side comment/question, but isn’t ‘signing the log’ the only thing groundspeak does require? Simply meaning: no sign, no smile?
3.1. Logging of All Physical Geocaches
This page is an extension of our Geocache Listing Requirements / Guidelines.Physical geocaches can be logged online as “Found” once the physical log has been signed. An exception is Challenge Caches, which may only be logged online after the challenge requirements have been met and documented to the cache owner’s satisfaction.
Yes, you need to sign a log according to GC.com to claim a find. This last winter I was caching with some friends and we found a cache but it was frozen in place. One of my friends said, well, we found it and I said ya we found the cache, but did not find the log. That the whole goal of the game is signing the log book. If there is a cache that has a lock on it and you either beed to find a key or combo to open it and don’t have either, how do you log the fine?
LOL! Either are you. ALL Garmin maps/programs. And I have the new Topo on my Unit.

I have used these maps on 3 other units and it has always worked. You have Topo 2008 I think and it is not routable. The 24K are. I have an email into Garmin to see if the new 24K is for one unit. I am telling you this will work and it will cost you nothing to try it. I no longer use Garmins, I am a Delorme person now. I do have 2 Nuvi 500’s that I love and a forerunner 305.
ThanksYou may be right. Ya “Use to could.” Garmin recently changed their policies because of “Pirating copies and such.” My new Garmin 62st came preloaded with a TOPO U.S. 100K Card, (Hense the “T”)
I bought the new City Navigator program. Somewhere, while getting everything downloaded, a screen poped up stating 1 map, 1 device, non-transferable. I’m pretty sure you had to register you map program and it registerd to the GPS unit it is installed on. If you were yo take the SD card and put it in a different unit, I’m willing to bet it’s not going to work.
Before I bought the unit, I had seen some product reviews and the only negitive thing was the the new 1 map, one unit policy. Event if you were to give the whole unit to someone different, they could not log in and get any new updates and downloads under their Garmin Account.
Again, thank you for your offer, but both my units are taken care of.Gas went up to $4.07 in Hayward tonight.

If you read about the Topo 24K it states that it is road routable and you can use it on as many units as you like.
ThanksNope, not no more, IF you are talking about the Garmin Topo 24k.
Garmin’s new Map Policy. 1 map per one Unit. (Maybe with older units and maps thou) My unit came with the Topo program and it was not routableI just got the Garmin map62st off of Amazon. They pretty much took the Oregon, and put it in a map60 case. Has no camera thou. I like it cuz it has the buttons and the external anttena and it seem to get a lock pretty dang fast. Still leaning how to use it thou. Will add that the Birds Eye View on maps is pretty cool. But that’s a +$30 subscritoon a year.,
Witht the ST it comes with the Topo, which is ok I guess. I did but the new NV program for it but I guess there are free maps that you can get for it.
Just another option for you to think about. I have never played with an Oregon so I have no clue how similar it is.Thanks for the offer buy mu unit came with the topo. I’m not sure if anyome noticed but Garmin now has a 1 map= 1 GPS policy. Meaning if you went out and bought 2 brand spankin’ new units, and you want City Navigator on them, you have to bu TWO programs. I did download the free one, but I still opted to buy the NEw CN. BTW the Bird’s Eye program is pretty cool too, but not sure if I will but a subscription for it again
Thanks Barry. Will give it a try.

Blame it on the speculators. Once it hits $5 a gallon, it will drop and everyone will be more than happy to pay $3-$4 a gallon.@cheezehead wrote:
