Well, we DO have a logo that HAS worked for the last few years. So until then I guess it WILL STILL work. What’s the big deal anyhow? Why do we does the WGA NEED to pay a pro to touch up the final anyhow?
Once the new logo is done, there is a whole lot of cache pages that are going to have to be fixed also.
Cool! Thanks! We have Centutytel, so now i have to figure out all the passwords and usernames. I never use the email, but I think I was bale to set up my little piece of the web. I’ll have to play some more. Thanks again.

From Mapsource save it as a gpx file and anyone should be able to put it into their unit.
I am not aware a site that you can put this on.
Thanks, but I kind of new that. Is there any to up load it to the cache page, or would I just have to email it someone if the asked for it?
I have a vendor who bring organic milk into the store I work at. She’s been getting this together for 20 years. There are a lot of steps to be “organic”. Her cows have to be fed certified organic hay. This is a processes in its self. Documentation upon documentation. Even the trailer that the hay in brought on has to certified organic. It has to be recorded when it was cleaned and with what and that no non-organic hay was delivered with the trailer.
My father-in-law asked me how the keep organic honey bees from going to non-organic flowers. I told him small electronic shock collars.
They haven’t been too bad up this way either. Deer flys on the other hand… 👿 😯 👿 8O.
Not to far from Copper Falls Park is Amnicon Falls State Park and Patterson State Park. Over by St.Croix Fall is Interstate Park. There is also a nice little campground that is part of the Brule State Forest in Brule, Wi. The Brule River goes through it. There is a few very nice Federal camp grounds up this way also. Day Lake. Mineral Lake, Two Lakes and a few more that I can’t think of off the top of my head.

Cool, the WAP back door is still functioning too.
I like the upgrade. So far no problems. I also like seeing my avatar when I get to my home page.
for those unfamiliar with this, this means…………?
You have to know the secret knock & handshake to access the secret back door.(Which I do know 😉 )
I can’t get the pages to load! 😯
The easiest way I found it is to you the “paint” program that should be on your puter. (Located under Programs, accessories.) Copy and past your graphic to the board. And then under “file”, click “save as”. Make sure to save it as a jpeg file. From there, you should be able to use it as you like.
That’s what I do. There might me a very easier way to do it, so if there is, someone please share.

1. All regional WGA events need to be approved by a majority vote of the WGA Board of Directors. Approved regional events shall be allowed to use the WGA name and logo in advertising and in the cache page listing. Regional events must include “WGA” or “Wisconsin Geocaching Association” in the event name, with the remainder of the name dependent on the event location and nature of the event. The words “campout” and “picnic” cannot be used in the name of the event.
HUH? 😕 😕
And the reason for this would be……..???Yes, the reason for this rule was to avoid confusion with our annual statewide events. But on second thought, it may be excessively restrictive.
We always specifically brand the statewide WGA events as Geo-Picnic (tm :D) and Geo-Campout. So I think there would be no confusion if we specifically excluded the use of those, plus required “Regional” to be used if “Picnic” or “Campout” were also in the name.
Thanks for the feedback guys!
So how about the non-campout campout & the non-picnic picnic? 😆
Huh? I didn’t know about it either. I’d like to be there but I think that’s my weekend to work, but I’ll have to check. And by the way I still like ya 😉 …..ummmmm…..in a manly man kind of way that is.

And the reason for this would be……..???Ummm, If it didn’t come from me or Yahoo it has nothing to do with our league.

If that’s the route, why not a stylized “W” logo?
❓ DB ❓There’s a good idea!
