On no dont boycott my oragami caches. 🙄 All you need to do is fold paper to make a cool figure then find the cords. Ask any of the finders of them I will help if you ask. 😆
They are definitely on my to-do list, hoping to have a folding party some day to make some of my non-caching friends useful!
Right now I’m only boycotting puzzle caches I can’t solve, caches that are too difficult for me to find and caches with a terrain that makes it impossible for me to get! 🙂 The boycott will end once I solve the puzzle, find the cache or figure out how to handle the terrain! 🙂 Guess I’ll have to learn scuba and oragami afterall.
I think geocachers keep McDs in business, we went 3 times this weekend, its easy for the kids and you can get cheap food and decent caffeine! Not a fan of the green shakes though, hazlenut iced coffee please!
Hit Watertown Friday, Stoughton Saturday and Deerfield Sunday. First cache in Watertown the temp was 28F, last one in Deerfield, 65.
That’s freaking awesome! So glad I didn’t see this one too! 🙂

OK, I just had a new one occur to me yesterday and I had to share.
You know you’re addicted to geocaching when the trash can in your car is filled with burrs.
That’s me! I’ve got two pairs of pants hanging up waiting for deburring too (too many burrs, might not be worth the effort!)
Here are a couple off the top of my head…
You leave work in your work clothes to get an FTF only to arrive and see 200ft of bushwhacking…well it’s an FTF isn’t it?
When your idea of a great day off is driving all around Janesville.
When you go on vacation you set up notifications to get a first to find at your vacation destination.
You’re scared of heights until those heights involve a geocache!
You see flashlights coming from 3 different directions when a cache is posted at night.
You know how to fold oragami (see McFarland caches)
Looks like too much fun! I’d fear falling down and then becoming one of them.
Yeah Kauai! You crazy cache addicts!!! I loved your first hide too!
I assume you’ve got all of the ones in the Robert O Cook arboretum in Janesville? Tons of hiking trails with lots of caches mixed in and a new section of the Ice Age Trail goes through it. There’s also a challenge in the park, if you collect enough caches you can go for the mystery cache! Lots of variety too!
Thanks for the help. Is there a nomination form? When I click on South Central it shows me nothing has been nominated for October but I don’t see how to get one nominated. Thanks!
