To make another comparison, how many geocaches would you find if you just went into a random forest and looked around for them?

I’m guessing puzzle pieces would have a HIGH collectability factor and those inclined to borrow long term other peoples coins may be tempted to abscond them.
In the real world most pieces would disappear. In a perfect world where we could afford to have enough of these minted to make it a viable game no one other than those collecting the entire puzzle would have any interest in the thing.
I have an idea for a coin. Unfortunately the cost would be prohibitive. Unless of course I won the lottery. Then I could afford 2 of them. Anyway I picture a plate about 12 inches across. Decorated anyway the artist would like. The state outline would be in the center and take up almost the whole area. I see something along the lines of cinemaboxers design with the lakes and rivers. Also the county boundaries would show. Now for the cool part. The entire inlay of the state would come out and break into parts along the county lines. Ala jigsaw puzzle. The game would be to scour caches in the state to find enough counties to finish your puzzle.
Is anyone out there on speaking terms with Bill Gates or Warren Buffet? The elusive stink pickle.
I don’t camp. We did visit friends when they tent camp here.
Very secure area great swimming hiking everything you asked for. And reasonable. Plus there are many, many great caches around West Bend.
Here is another

If you pick either of these let me know and we will get together. I know a great place in Dundee for pizza. Bensons in Dundee in the middle of the northern Kettle Marine has a whole bunch of varied caches.

EVERYBODY has plastic bags in their bag (suffocation 😯 ), some parts of a pine tree are edible – NOT (hey it killed that nature guy that used to eat trees and stuff) – how about a pine cone? By watching the travel channel constantly and seeing tribes out in the jungle they use bark to make all kinds of nasty things = poison! I would love to do your cache when done. Often times when Mr. MagOO offers to take a “short cut” through the woods, I am ready to kill him = ha! (last weekend he got us “stuck” in the middle of the Jackson swamp – about .15 from the trail)- 😡 🙄
Its true….geocaching does take you to places you wouldn’t normally see.

Good going Colin and crew.04/23/2007 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Being an Ultimate Fan pays off! Television Viewing Event #1873461Roz once worked with a woman who’s husband had his name on the list for a very long time. He got tired of waiting so he died. A couple of years later the tickets arrived in the mail. That was Friday night. On Monday she told Roz she didn’t think anyone would want them so she sent them back.
I cried for a week.IMHO The cache is not the goal here. Although the cache is a fine idea, its secondary to the adventure of finding it. Its a great hike in a great area. When I did it last fall I saw deer and turkey. Then met some horseback riders.
Will be keeping you in our thoughts.
I have had so many fingers lately…..oh my…… 🙄 Then don’t forget about having a colonoscopy. Nothing to it. Slept through the whole thing. -
