I went around the same block 5 times… does that count?
I didn’t see where you could purchase one?!?! Where did you see that?
I tried “cacheronwheels” already… all I get is an automated response to the e-mail saying they will be out on leave for a while.
Didn’t see Vince, didn’t see too many people at all. We did however, follow 9 turkeys down the trail for quite a while before they decided to look for some food in the brush. Had a great time. Would have found all the caches if the heat didn’t get to me like it did… or maybe it was my blood sugar that was too low. I knew it was time to quit when I started shaking and started getting dizzy. I made it back to the road and some nice man that was driving the golf cart around gave me a lift back to the center to get some sugar and to cool off. THANK YOU!!! whoever you are. A real big THANK YOU to all the people at the center. I had several people asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. It just gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to know that there are some really good people out there. When I watch the news, I wonder sometimes if there are any good people left… now I can definitely say “Yes, there are.”
Occasional micros are fine, but it’s getting harder and harder to find ammo boxes that aren’t filled with the afore mentioned trash. I have two tote boxes of brand new treasure that I have picked up at stores going out of business and no place to leave it.
Congratualtions! Hmmm… is the wedding going to be a caching event?
My red jeep was dropped in a Madison area cache this past week. I have not logged my caches yet, since the list is somewhere in my suitcases. The bad part is… I just checked and I never grabbed the jeep when I got it, so I can’t drop it in the cache anyways. 😳 So… somewhere near Madison a red jeep is hiding and I’m not gonna tell you where. 😛

Try this for the first link… there were some extra characters the end of the one listed previously.
Thanks for the input. I will have plenty of time to putter around on the computer the next 8 weeks since I will be living in a hotel while away training for my new job.
Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll give it a try.
😳 I’m sure I’m guilty of cookie cutter cache logs… sorry. I usually don’t get around to logging caches until days or weeks later. I still haven’t logged the ones from our trip to IA. When I finally get around to finding my cache pages (yep, I still use paper), I log my find along with any maintenance needed messages if there are any. There are some caches though, that I feel I definitely need to tell the story, in which case, I do.
What kind of GPSr are you using?
Beep! Beep! 😀
If you’re going to be around Forest Park in St. Louis, expect lots of traffic… it’s the same weekend as the Great Forest Park Balloon Race.
