With all due respect, the remark about hoping it is better organized next year, well I really hope that that was directed toward the campout and not the rest, because I am close to an apoplectic fit.

I was refering to the final event… the campout. Everything else was done beautifully! It was just really confusing trying to get any information about the final event at all. I would have loved to participate in the final, but it’s hard to coordinate hotel and kennel reservations with nothing to go on.

I’m still looking forward to next year. 😀

I wish there had been more information other than just a mention of it along with the other things. With the new puppies, I have to make kennel reservations ahead of time and without any info to go on, I just couldn’t commit. 😥 Maybe next year they will be a little more organized.

Any date EXCEPT Sept 15th would work for me.

😀 Oooooohhhhh! It came! It’s so nice and shiny! They puppies are drooling over it! Tonight I’ll have to load all the maps and stuff. Then I will be all ready for the weekend.

Thanks, but I just check the tracking on my new 60csx… it just left the Fedex depot in Indianapolis about a half hour ago and should be arriving some time tomorrow.

Does anyone know if the June 2nd event is a go or not?

😀 I’d like to invite everyone to have a piece of birthday cake with me on Friday night. There will be plenty of cake for everyone.

(Please save a spot at a picnic table for “Old” as lawn chairs are difficult for him to get out of these days with his bad back and legs.)

hmmmm… you could slit someone’s throat with a piece of broken sunglasses

😛 Thanks! “Old” isn’t getting any younger and he is able to less and less caching. This really helps! 200 feet he can do, but 500 feet without a bench or some place he can sit down for a bit makes it pretty much off limits for him. It gets frustrating at times when I tell him that I found some 1’s for him to find and when I park and look at the distance, he can’t do it. I urge everyone to rate their caches!

Thanks! That’s what I needed to know. Now all I have to do is some real serious planning and checking of the calendar to see when I can venture out again. 😀

    8) Now that tax season is over, it is really slow at work. So, to keep myself busy, I bookmarked the caches for the CVB event so that I could find them faster when logging them. I hope someone else will find the bookmarked list helpful as well.

❓ I have a question for all you people who found the CV caches already… I noticed that the coordinates on the gc.com pages and the coordinates on the pass book are different… which are the correct ones? That is if you would be so kind to share with everyone else. 😆
