… I strongly agree with gr about giving back to the geocaching community.
I’m sure there are others out there in the same situation I am. I would love to give back by placing caches and have come up with some different container ideas and puzzle ideas, however the areas close to home seem to be saturated by micros. Because of this, and other medical issues that have come up in the last year, I have no nearby places where a cache can be placed. 🙁

Sure! I finally get to see the camera (can’t watch it at work) and all I see is a person’s hands, feet and the sky. Just my luck.
Hmmm… might have to take you up on that. I have an appointment with my regular doc today after work. Maybe he can recommend someone.
They can’t be any more of a quack then the neurologist who told me I had migrains before even looking at tests I had done and wrote me 7 prescriptions for anti-seziure meds before even asking what meds I was already taking. Needless to say, I didn’t get the scrips filled and I didn’t go back to the quack. Good thing too! I don’t have migrains… I have an aneurism.
I’m really tempted! I need to check with my insurance first though. This is really beginning to be a pain in the butt! 😛 Pun intended.
No Flaming from me. That’s what great about geocaching… everyone gets to play it the way they want to. 😀
I know what puzzle I’m working on today! 😆
I’d be happy to help out. As of right now, I have nothing on the calendar for that day.
Thanks! I agree. Walking definatly helps. I’m not too bad at home, but sitting at work in front of a desk all day is just killing me. I already have a dr’s appointment scheduled for Thursday about everything else that’s gonig on… maybe he will have some suggestions… or different drugs. I hate taking these pain killers, but I need something to get me throught the 8 hours at work.
😀 Reservations made at Country Inn & Suites. Yea!
Ah! Thanks! I knew I read it somewhere. 😀
I’d LOVE to camp, but “Old”s back can’t take it any more and meds need to be in the fridge. It also worked out pretty well in a hotel last year with all the rain… we were nice and dry. 😀
Oh, and it was also easier to keep the bugs out of the birthday cakes in the hotel room than it would have been in a tent.
Didn’t try the kick in the shin, but I’m sure it’s just as effective as ripping electrode patches off my chest.
Just wanted to say thanks for everyone’s suggestions. I had a major step forward today! I was at work on the phone with the doctor’s office (how ironic is that) and there was a loud click and I felt somthing in my back move. BOY DID THAT HURT! But, the pain eased up after that. Now the pain only goes about 1/2 way to my knee and is more of a steady pain instead of stabbing, throbbing pain. Hopefully it will continue to get better. Time for a few more aspirin and the heating pad again.
