      thanks. there looks to be a lot of different apps there that will do what i am looking for. just may have to invest in that ipod touch that i have been looking at.

            we cached in hawaii and found some absolutely beautiful places that we wouldn’t have gone to without it–very old japanese cemetery, hieroglyphics,
            spouting horn, the place where fantasy island was filmed….
            that being said, we are going to mexico in two weeks and not caching. just don’t feel comfortable going off the beaten path (touristy places) in a foreign country. and besides the few caches that i could find in the area didn’t look at all appealing.

                  redoing the macro and the icons folder worked great. i now have little symbols matching the type of wp.
                  i also went and bought city navigator, and it works with the macro and icons too.

                    i think there is a problem with how gsak is exporting the icons. i just found a new version of the macro and will try using that.

                        i went back to 6.13.7
                        but i can’t the the icons to show as anything other than a square.

                          i’d love to go caching with you. my hubby doesn’t much like it. but i am a fair weather cacher, so i’ll have to wait till spring.

                              i’ve probably got around 40-60 in my puzzle folder. just went thru and cleaned it out. there were a lot of them that i had solved and are now archived. i think it would be a better plan to solve them just before going to an area. so with that in mind, i worked on chew on these tonite at work so i can go there tomorrow before the turkey.

                                  that camp idea sounds good.
                                  i’d also like to see the seminars. gsak, paperless, puzzle, maccaching could be options.
