The steaks are aged in this freezer and it’s visible from the sidewalks … Without getting too technical, there is a dry process and a Wet process… for aging steaks. Those Super Market Steak are “Wet Processed” and are not as tasty as these from “XXXX ???) …… Ever been there? 🙄 … 8) Clue… near my home. It’s used to be a hang out for local comedians of the day… but, that’s another story.

Of course being in New Jersey… (the Garden State) I have already gotten into the Spring Mode. My Pet Cat Wilyl has been collecting gardening gloves in preparation for Spring Gardening. Here is Willy renamed the “Snatcher”. …. 😳 … 😳

His collection of nine pairs and 5 singles gardening gloves. I have informed the neighbors of the theft and they can reclaim the gloves and hopefully not press charges. .. 😆 … 😆

This wasn’t too bad … he usually brings me a dead field mouse as expression of love…. Oh well… Spring is here. … 🙄 … 🙄

Real Life? …. I will be 86 this week and still haven’t figured it all out. My profile shows that I was a Court Administrator. Loved breaking in Law Clerks and New Judges ….it was so much fun. Motion day was like being a stage manager… 😆 .. 😆 This board has been very considerate of my postings, thanks. It’s better than being at an old folks home. Found a new black and red typewriter ribbon and just need a thread to talk some more. Hopefully till I’m 87. 8) … 8)

First time I ever went deep sea fishing I won the boat prize with Halibut like this.

How true, how true… this one worked fine for me when I took the boys on (hunting for streams under a bridge). Trout and perch seem to find those waters. Just stop and fish awhile. The camper was like this one.
