HISTORIC LOCATION PART TWO
i HAVE POSTED IN THIS TOPIC FORMAT because of the interest you have shown… My next Location might take a little Cliff Climbing Experience. Which I have done as a teenager.
CLUE ONE: In the news today because of construction at the top of these Cliffs. The VIEW is “For Sale” for Luxury Homes.
A road is there now and the photo has a clue of its location .. I went swimming there. No kidding. … View of the Cliffs being worked on.
WOW! …

Duel between Pres. Alexander Hamilton and VP Aaron Burr. Alexander Hamilton lost his life after the duel. Took place July 11, 1804 in Weehawken, NJ… Another Weehawken View… GCKRMN. Do I win a fishing trip somewhere warm? 😉
Good job, the location is Weehawken on Blvd East from West New York NJ. There is this Sign Plaque.

Photo taken with “Brownie Box Camera”… 1947 ..it was snowing and the Park bench is still there. I love this game. At the bottom of this cliff is the Lincoln Boat Harbor.
Privately owned boats fish the Hudson River regularly up stream in the Shad season.
I tried to learn about Juggling.. and I had a problem.
…. I kept dropping the ball. But, picking it up was good excercise. . 🙄 My doctor suggested that I get a treadmill to help stay in shape. So, I got one and started … like this.
… It works fine but, to play it safe I’m provided with Nurse to monitor me. . 😆 .. 😆 Everytime I look at her my blood pressure still goes up……Oh well…

OK,now we got some answers………..
I’m glad … can I turn off my GPS’r now? These Global Positioning System Recivers cost big bucks. You would have to be rich to afford one. I rented mine and can’t afford the payments anymore. Can I use my sonar fishing machine instead? Good night guys…
Now that we have hooked enough readers, I believe it maybe necessary to fish these more carefully. This can happen to you too when you have a run away topic

I hooked into a big one… and it’s almosst running away with us. I understand fishing is great in Wisconsin and maybe I’ll hook a few more in a New topic. “Fishing Locations in Wisconsin?” ❓ … 💡@-cheeto- wrote:
Dom Nizza,
Are you a message board/forum junkie? Do you have a mission to post on as many varied message boards as possible or something???
– North Jersey.com
– Helpful Gardener.com
– Discuss Pittsburg Live – Food and Drink
– My Community News – Ridgewood
– Post-gazette.com – Pittsburgh, PA
– and now Wi-geocaching.comYou are all over the internet! not just on message boards… and it seems you have had this addiction for quite some time! It seems that in a brief bit of searching, I found out all sorts of things about “Dom Nizza” aka Type Writer Guy…
So what drew you to the WGA Forums? Do you know what Geocaching is? Ever been to Wisconsin? Do you know how to pronounce Oconomowoc?
Your posts are interesting but how you got here is even more intriguing…
Thanks for asking … I already advised others that asked the same question.. I found a cyber buddy who had an interest in “fishing” (Zane Grey History my favorite) that happened to be a member of your caching group. He posted some photos and information and I followed thru and connected. I post here because I like this Board and being a Sicilian (almost an Indian) many connections taught me how to travel and post.

… If you look closely I’m standing on corner of this building. 🙄 .. 🙄 As for Oconomowac it’s derived from Coo-no-m0-wauk (Where the waters meet)….You need to be sober to pronounce it. 8) .. 8) It’s either this hobby or chasing girls… at 86 years of age now I better stick to this.. Thanks with putting up with me.
Those opportunities to visit the Festival Cheese Markets are great! The mountains of Cheese are tempting like this one.

.. Choice of a Beer selection makes for a Great Festival. 🙄 … 🙄02/28/2008 at 11:57 am in reply to: COMPUTER ROOM TECHNOLOGY HUMOR AS SOME SEE IT-Check it out #1885165@K0rpl wrote:

I’d say it’s very safe. The wave was formed in photoshop. To freeze that ammount of water instantly would require tempuratures reaching near absolute zero.
Cool pics though!
I have been advised (by my in house expert) that the photos are real… however, they are not “waves” but photos of actual Glacial Movements. In any event, I’m not getting this close for a photo. My Brownie Camera won’t work there. (I will start a New Topic on Historic Brownie Camera Photos shortly) taken at Pearl Harbor.. no trick photo shop stuff there. This is as close I would want to get…. 🙂 … 🙂
Don’t worry DOC… Party Crashers are every where even here.
This party is underway and those non-sculptors can be put to work in the kitchen. In the meantime have fun Spring will be here soon and the ICE will melt (running out of festival photos soon) … 🙂 … 🙂 … 😀 At least we have a few more readers (guests) here to read this “cool” stuff.
