Here’s the cache page for the WGA geo-campout 2004. If you look at anyone’s logs, you will notice that the icon is “found” and not “attended.” http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=63896cb4-cb15-4d41-bc60-8be2ade11120&log=y&decrypt=
(Sorry, don’t know how to do the link thing, and Marc, you don’t have to make fun of me either).

So, we originally logged “found it.” And then geocaching.com changed it to “attended.”

I wish they could do the same for the CITO events. Meaning you log once you attended, and then log “found it” for the temp. event caches.

    What does everyone else think?

Did you know that Nashville’s nickname is called Cachville? We went down there last October. I remember doing “Historic caches, some up in the hills, they have some hard ones (we had some no finds), and they have their share of drive-ups. Geowoodstock #2 was hosted in Nashville, that’s where they started the “cache runs.” A lot of those drive-ups usually go MIA eventually. There are a lot of nice geocachers that we have meet in Tennessee. We plan on making a return trip and attending an event down there in June. Tami

Kids and I will go and rescue this one Saturday. I have ALL the coordinates for this 5 stage multi… We will for sure get the final and attempt to get the waypoint/markers except for waypoint #1 becomes it was painted on a plow. Tami

Sheila? She doesn’t count. She just sits on your dash and gets you to parking…she doesn’t help you find the cache. Tami

Let me see what I can come up with. I know we have the coords. written down somewhere.
Otherwise, the kids and I could probably find the final, it was next to the creek by a pile of stones/wall. I can picture it in my mind. Tami
I also remember the fishing tackle box was really in sad shape.
