I found out about this event when Uncle Fun posted it on a thread. I knew it would be a long drive for us but thought weather permitting we would attend. We have no regrets. Ray did an outstanding job. I posted about 5 pictures while logging my finds for this event. The waypoint name is GCMAKC. When you have some spare time, check out everyones logs and pictures. Tami
What a beautiful baby boy. Congratulations to your entire family Jeff. Glad to hear mom and baby are doing fine. Tami
A warm hug and a warm congratulations from the ecorangers on seeking 600! Way to go and keep it up. Tami
Besides Test Tube Tree (as EnergySaver noted), I have 3 new caches in West Bend as well: Lost Park…lost Cache, Bridge by the hidden pond, Geocoin and travel bug CLUB. Just pull up the zipcode from West Bend 53090 and see which ones have been found lately. Good luck. Tami
Great IDEA! And while you are out there…plant another one to encourage others to get out and enjoy what Wisconsin has to offer in the dead of winter. Tami
Congratulations on receiving “cache of the year.” We still have 2 left yet to complete your series. Way to go and keep ’em coming. Tami
Congratulations Jeff for an awesome series. Alot of hard work went into this series and we appreciate all you had done. A special thank you for our 2nd finders prize (which we haven’t had a chance to use yet). Good luck to everyone else that hasn’t completed this sub series. Way to go and keep ’em coming. Tami
A big huge congratulations (you received your big hug from Earth Angel on Saturday at the event)from the Ecorangers. Now on to 2000. Tami
A big congratulations (you received your big hug from Earth Angel on Saturday in person) from the Ecorangers. Enjoy the next 100, they will go fast. Tami
01/31/2005 at 2:26 am in reply to: Timberline Echoes Reach 300th at Great Northwoods Gathering #1756757Congrats on finding 300 this weekend. The hidden cache named after you at the event was our last find Saturday night. Keep it up and way to go. Tami
This joke was made by 7 year old Duelist…
Why don’t vampires drink root beer?
Because it makes them burp.
Come on, he’s only 7 give him a break. Tami.
(I thought it was funny when I first heard it.)So BQ, did you slide in the snow, trip in the snow or fall in the snow on your hike to 1000. I can tell that the snow is not going to slow you down one bit. Hey, a huge hug and a huge CONGRATULATIONS from the Ecorangers. Way to go and keep it up. Tami
PS…There’s alot more hiding spots in West Bend to plant caches (hint hint).I also share your thoughts on housework. My house looks “lived in” because it is! I’d rather be out geocaching and cleaning mother earth than cleaning my own house. Glad to finally meet you (and your mother) at the State Of Mind Event. Happy “journeys” on your second year of geocaching. Tami
Thanks Ron! Way to keep on top of things! Tami
I can’t get on either. Tami
