I think we need to use the chat room to get together and find out what everyone has tried and discuss ideas that we might have to break this code.
How about it?

Way to go. did not even know that you were that close, but I had fun caching with you at the picnic. You did not even do the dance.
Look foward to doing more caches with all of Flamingos and All the Paddlers.
Great JobFlamingo 4
We would be happy to put some YJTB in the Green Bay area. We will also be at the Mother of all breakfasts if that is not to late to get them out.
Being a Newbie I was wondering if there is (for a lack of a better term) a database started of rules/policy for caching and placing caches in the different counties, cities and municipality parks in the state. The reason I ask is, I have seen different postings that ask what the policy is for a city or park with a bunch of different replies on the policy. Instead of each person asking a park official if they can cache in their parks would it be feasible to create a Database(if one does not exist) with the policies of the different counties and cities. It could be a work in progress database with a printable type form on the website, printed out by the member wishing to place a cache. That member would ask the proper official to fill out the form/policy. The member then would send it to the Database Keeper who would enter it into the database and file the form. Just a thought.
I post this with the thought that I have been thinking of placing my own caches and live in a place that is close to 4 different cities/municipality.
I hope I did not over step my bounds or on anybodies toes by this posting
Ours goes back about 8 years. Some very good friends invited us to go to a softball tournament that is held for charity every July in DePere, WI. The tournament is called the “Pink Flamingo Classic”. Ever since that first year we have been going back, enjoying the food, the beer and being with good friends (oh ya, we do watch some softball too in between BEER runs ). In looking forward to each Pink Flamingo weekend we have started to collect a cache of flamingo’s and things with flamingo’s on it. So, in looking for a name that would fit our family of 4 all I had to do was look around the house and see the different flamingo’s around and the name Flamingo 4 was born or should I say “HATCHED”.
