We’ll bring some water too, at least 24 bottles.
We are still waiting for the reporter to get back to us with a day that works…we will notify you all when we know more.
Thanks for volunteering your time!!
This whole thread just reminds me of just how much more I gain from caching than the hunt itself. Geocachers are great people and the helpfulness of some to assist in the improvement of the sport for others is wonderful!!
Also took a brief minute to read Miata’s log for this cache–hahahahahaha, luckily you had some good sights to enjoy while you got your weeks worth of exercise.
Add another one to our total! We just returned from Arizona and did over 20 caches there this past weekend (we’ll be logging them all tonite). This brings us up to 9!
Steve:
There may be a possibility for us to get there…just wondering what the name of the TB is so we can watch for it? There’s alot of time between now and Wed. night, so we’d like to help it out if we can. Thanks.
We are leaving Thursday the 24th to head to Phoenix. Due to work schedules, our transfer time would be limited to this weekend or evenings. When are you due back from Seattle?

Congrats to a fellow Racine-area cacher on hitting 200 caches! Just think–only about 1700 more to go in Wisconsin!
Always the clever placer, not even missing a beat to find alot of caches. Congrats on 1,100!
Wow! Hitting 600 and 700 so quickly! We bow to your greatness.
We recently completed The Cheeseheads aptly named cache — ? . At each stage we often sat perplexed and felt like we should have had a cartoon bubble with a ? in it high above our heads.
For those that aren’t sure about this cache, it is a MUST DO! It is multiple stages and will not be able to be completed in one visit, the but trips are well worth the trouble. Dave put sooooo much work into this cache and it was so fun to do. The most unique series of twists and turns we ever seen in the 600+ caches we’ve done! Definitely COTM material!
Thanks, in advance, for recreating this recent finds page. You do alot of work to maintain this site and we really appreciate it. Without constantly checking out this site for the great messages, recent logs, COTM, pics, events, etc.–we know that caching wouldn’t be nearly as fun as it is for us. THX
Sun at 9 sounds like a good time to rest from a long caching weekend and reflect and chat with others about it.
This first 100 is one of the most exciting! In only 5 months, you are truly on your way to other great milestones!
We too are disappointed that there are no pictures–the man with the camera at all great events and no pictures! Jeff, this could only happen to you–and only you could tell the story so well.
Must add this to the list of non-geocaching hobbies on your profile!
This little off-thread discussion about the ‘buttah’ and yepyepyepyepyep has made Mrs. Traker just have the giggles (Mr. Traker doesn’t remember the buttah skit)!
Laughing now about Schoolhouse Rock DVD. We got a DVD for Christmas two years ago, and what was the 1st DVD this late-twentysomething couple bought–Schoolhouse Rock! And for those that don’t know, we don’t have kids either! Played it right away and just sang along–just the two of us in the privacy of our own home!
Now back to the real topic for minute. Unfortunately we won’t be able to make the Mother of all Breakfasts as that’s the same morning as the Lighthouse 10-Mile Run in Racine. Mr. Traker is running (Mrs. Traker is just doing the 4-Mile walk). Do plan on joining in on the caching in the area in the late morning/early afternoon.
