Thanks Peach for all of your creative hides and challenging puzzles.
Way to go Keith, I wish I had been able to hit it with ya, but I was on the other side of the state. Maybe we can coordinate for 2K?
Way to go Elfdoctors, it’s nice to share a milestone weekend with you!
I think the association is looking to perhaps pair a geocacher with one of their volunteers to facilitate the mapping. I’ve know that trails were mapped at Rock Island this summer, but I don’t have any experience in doing that. I would be happy to be the go-between for WGA on this project. It is great to see such a positive quick response from people.
There is a good one in Brown County, Smith Homestead, GC15ZV4.
Congratulations on your milestone. Several of us from NE WI with nearly as many finds as you have been enjoying watching your progress to 1K. Well done!

Congratulations on the milestone Cheeto, I particularly enjoyed the pics posted on your log. Your smile says it all. Way to go!
Hey Bob, Sorry to hear of your medical problems, but I certainly am glad you were able to get some good medical care. Listen to your doctors (and Bonnie) and stay on the road to recovery (no bushwhacking for a while). Let us all know when you’re ready to hit the trails again. I’m looking forward to some good caching with you in the future. Take care, my friend.
Lookin’ very good, and probably feeling loads better. Congratulations on the weight loss.
Thanks everyone, and now on to 1000!
I too was in Chicago a couple of weeks ago visiting my son. I stayed at a hotel near one of those wooded areas. I think the key to “safe” caching is to go early in the morning before the pervs wake up! I was fortunate to encounter no one at 7am. I was not so lucky caching however, only found one of two I was looking for, the other was in an area that looked like a swamp after recent rains. I’m glad that your caching experience ended safely Cheeto.
I’ve been using a Palm Tungsten E-2 for a couple of years now, and it has worked great. My brother just replaced his E-2 with another Palm unit that is wi-fi equipped, but I don’t know the model number. It is very cool though.
Way to go Mike. As you know, I’ve been watching your recovery with more than just a passing interest, and am glad to see you grabbing some solo caches again. Keep up the good rehab!
Congratulations on the first 100finds! I’ll be looking forward to seeing many more milestones from you.
