I have to say that I had one of the nicest days caching Sunday that I’ve had in a long time, even though my numbers were not super high. All of the things I like about caching such as caches in nice interesting places, thoughtful welll camoed containers, and to top it off a gathering of old and new friends for the wherigo. Hats off to the local cachers here that made my day so enjoyable!

Congratulations on the 1K. It sure was nice to meet you today at the wherigo gathering. I hope to see you again soon!

There is a very good chance tha ks9wi and I will be at the whereigo tomorrow. If we could get just a few hundred more cachers, wee could turn this into a mega-event! I’m looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting some new cachers.

Wow, you are braver than me to take your Oregon into the water! I’m impressed.

I do have a question about your pics. Whenever I save screen shots, I’ve got the + and – signs and the back arrow in the pic. Do you have to crop your photos or is there a way to save the pic without those sympols?

My wife is a (retired) professional pastry chef. My personal favorite from among her many wonderful creations is a pistaccio nugat, made from a recipie she got while attending the French Pastry School in Chicago. It give new meaning for the term “to die for”.
