You’re streaking? What?????????
In all seriousness, congrats on the milestone and sharing the moment with a great couple of cachers. You’ll be bypassing us in no time, we’re sure.

Name: froggerz must have been hopping up to peek in the nursery window, good job.
M insists she got a little inside info from KFH on this one during a caching jaunt.
On a side note–on about the 18th she said if that baby isn’t here yet–it won’t be born ’til the 23rd. When I asked why, she said “Being this patient and shy and a bit fussy–it’s bound to be a Virgo.” I guess she’s right–I know about that all too well–I married one.
We’re anticipating the end to the “L” names, so we think it should be Noelle for a girl (get it?–no “L”) born July 25 (Christmas in July) and Noah for a boy.
Congrats on the milestone!!
What a great cache for a milestone. Congrats!
We would be interested but a Sunday would work much better.
Congratulations on another milestone–and on a great cache just across the street from another fine custard stand.
(Uh oh–perhaps we have more than one addiction!)
Way to go!Works like a charm.
Many Thanks. One problem we are having using an Oregon 450 and GSAK. If we have one file loaded and try to send another, it will clear the first and keep the second. I have made sure the clear files box is unchecked before sending. If I send them as waypoints through mapsource they all show up but not as geocaches.
Any thoughts on what I should try? Thanks, everyone.
We passed through the area last summer and were able to do about a dozen caches. The view from the bluffs is spectacular. We recommend the bluff caches and the earthcaches there.
Our favorite cache in the area was Stairway to Pettibone (GC1C7HV). It’s not the most scenic area, but the concept makes it worth it.
We also did about half of the Goose Island series. The containers are fun. It’s definitely a family friendly series. But, take a DEET shower before starting. The skeeters are merciless.
Sold.
It’s still available, but we have someone coming over Thursday night to make sure it will fit her car. So a sale is pending. We’ll keep you posted.
It is a trunk mount unit, so it probably wouldn’t work on a hatchback, SUV, van or truck.
We used it for our two hybrid bikes (cross between mountain bike and road bike) and it served us well. However, we don’t have a vehicle it fits on anymore, so we’re looking for a good home for it.
We had used Cachemate on our Palm, but when we went to the iTouch, we went with the Geosphere app and have not been disappointed. It has a lot of functionality for uploading cache pages and sorting caches. We love that we can write field notes as we cache. When we get home we access the field notes through gc.com and our logs are virtually written. It has saved us a lot of time and made the bookkeeping end of the sport less stressful.
We have found this mapping macro useful. It uses Google Maps (street, satellite & terrain).
