The chair it is. I was pretty confident that she would like it, so we stopped at Gander Mountain yesterday afternoon. They had two different models there. One was very similar to the Cabela’s one, mesh backing. The other was all padded instead of the mesh and was a bit pricier. Yep, she opted for the padded. Afterwards, the kids and I took her to the Mineshaft in Hartford for an early dinner. Nothing like not having to fight the restaurant crowds today.
Thanks everyone for your help. You don’t know how much I appreciate it.
Her birthday is in July. Hint, hint.WTG!
Welcome to the cult. What perfect timing, there’s a full moon tonight.
I got mine from an internet store. Beware if you do the same, as there may be no company warranty unless you buy from a Garmin dealer. Just something to check out when you buy.
I’ve been spending a lot of time lately in overgrown fallow farm fields and transitional areas going from fields to woods. Surprisingly, I have yet to find a single tick. Very unusual for me.

How long before you start taking bribes. 😆
Bribes for what? The only thing I could think of would be doing a find for someone.
That was in reference to Sandlander’s cache evaluator idea. Bribes from the cache owner for high evaluations, recommendations, etc.
Keep the ideas coming. You all might just help me out come Christmas. Her birthday is in July, by the way.
Thanks a lot everyone.

FF, does your wife cache? If so, are you set up for paperless? If not, an I-pod may be the way to go as a multi-functinal gift. I think I got my Nano-I-pod at Wally World for like $130.
I wish my wife cached. She thinks that we are a big cult. LOL. Her words not mine. I like the lounge chair idea. I might have to take a little ride up to Richfield to check them out.

Ask her what she would like!
TEI used to do that for Christmas and her birthday and it would just tick her off like there’s no tomorrow. Geez, I would get lectured up one side and down the other. “Use your imagination,” she would say. Like I said above, when it comes to gifts I stink at it. I finally gave up and for B-day and Xmas I give her cash.
How long before you start taking bribes. 😆
WTG!
The yellow etrex by Garmin served me well for about 7 years. You can buy them brand new for $99. I up graded to a Garmin Map60Cx a year and a half ago and have been very happy with it. My wife found it online for around $250 just after Thanksgiving.
WTG!
That had to have been done on a computer. Pretty awesome though.
WTG Michael! You have a lot more patience than I have.
