  • This really sounds like an interesting project. Unfortunately, with the family’s helter skelter schedules, it would be impossible for me to make the needed commitment. However, depending on schedules, I may be able to come out on occasion and lend a hand to someone that is undertaking some of this project in the Waukesha or Washington counties area.

Just remember, cut the red wire. It’s always the red wire.

Or was it the blue one…hmmmmm

Don’t forget to close your eyes as you cut it. You wouldn’t want to get something in them.

It it good ice making, weather right now or for the next few days. All in all we haven’t had that many days were it’s been below zero for too long.

No doubt we’ll have the cold to freeze things up, however I’m more concerned about the wind keeping things open.

I only saw it in silhouette because it was between me and a street light, so to me it appeared all black. I know that would make it a Jaguar,…

If I’m not mistaken, if it is all black it would be considered a panther not a jaguar. Jaguars are very rare in the United States, but have recently been sighted in Texas or New Mexico. Panthers are more down south such as Florida. Panthers are basically the same as cougars, pumas, and mountain lions. They’re just black.

I remember about 20 years ago, I would have sworn that I saw one just south of highway 60 between Hartford and Hustisford in mid afternoon. I glimpsed whatever it was for probably about a second. It was disappearing into some tall grass. I remember seeing the mid section and tail. I really believed what I saw was the real thing, so I kept watching the paper and news and such for other reports but never saw nor heard of any. I figured if I did, it would probably turn out to be someone’s escaped pet. Anyway, I never heard a thing so I figured it wasn’t what I thought it was. I just wish I would have seen whatever I saw just one second sooner and one second longer.

Unless I missed something, the assault date is March 6th, right?

My online log is my journal.

Mizfit, best post in the thread

    I agree.

Cheezehead, I can understand your point, but maybe look at it this way. The church is doing a fundraiser for whatever. To raise the needed money, they are selling raffle tickets at $1.00 per ticket or 6 for $5.00. It is still your choice on what you want to do.

I personally gave up logging temps at any event due to the, “let people play how they want to,” as long as I agree with it opinion.

Anybody having to sign back in after spending a few minutes looking at a cache page? I looked over two caches pages and had to sign in three times. Yes, I am a premium member.

First time I saw this. Found it on my first try. Why doesn’t that happen in real life for me?

January 30-31 is definitely out for me.

The wife is on it twice. It’s going to be tough to try and spend that $.60 in more than one place.

    Interested for now.

In no particular order because each one holds memories for different reasons, but were loved none-the-less.

    1. Hitting find number 1000 at High Cliff during the WGA camp out in May.
    2. Attending my first mega event in August at the West Bend Ca$h Bash.
    3. Being a part of Team Honeybunnies’ and Zuma’s special day for they’re
    10,000 find.
    4. My latest adventure to Eagle Source with a wonderful group of people.
    5. The three big events (camp out, Ca$h Bash, and WGA picnic) I attended
and met so many people at. Some of which have become good friends
    and others good acquaintances.

I’m looking forward to having just as much fun in the coming year, and meeting more wonderful people. Thank you to all who have made this last year such an enjoyable one and for all who have become a part of my life in way or another. God bless all of you.

Congrats Johnny, and to every one else who made the playoffs. 🙂

If it wasn’t for my forgetfulness, you would all be giving me your congrats. 😆
