Sunday, August 6th Donna Lowe and Tanya Phillips arrive on site
Tuesday, August 8th Stephanie Kline and Meg Doperak arrive on site
Wednesday, August 9th All Camp Jeep activities/tents must be fully set-up by 9 AM
Thursday, August 10th All must be on site at 7:30 AM
Camp Jeep hours are 9 – 5
Friday, August 11th All must be on site at 8 AM
Hours are 9 – 5
Saturday, August 12th All must be on site at 9 AM
Camp Jeep opens at 10 AM
Activities close at 6:30 PM
Jeep Jubilee begins at 7:30 PM
Camp Jeep closes at 10 PM

Geocaching Adventure:
 5 sessions
 5 teams of 8 people – 40 people = 240 people total
 3 Playtime Staff
 2 Rodale Staff
 3 local volunteer geotechs

I am so sorry about the short notice. they just gave me permission to hire 3 techs today. I literally hung up the phone and posted it. They had to negotiate a price for attending jeep camp for the techs. It’s costing us $200 per person to get each of us into the event. It’s a BIG DEAL! I think it normally costs about $500 per Jeep to get in. Jeep gives away loads of cool stuff and tshirts at these events and there are prizes, etc. It is a well attended event. Even our hotel is FAR away, like 45 min or so. The city is booked, so if you don’t live close enough to commute, don’t volunteer, there is no where for you to stay. We booked our rooms over 3 months ago.
