How spread out are you thinking of placing the caches?
I made the walk with just my calf high snow boots last winter. Sara was not as lucky. Her boots were an inch to short. She ended with the dreaded swamp foot
Maybe when Cheesehead Dave gets his breakfast organized, we can get Synergy together for an intro session?!
We first learned about caching in the Journal Sentinel while Geoff was laid off of work. He showed me the article and it looked interesting so we went out and bought a GPS. Now we’re caching-junkies.
We haven’t used the GPS (Howie) for much more than caching. We’ve played around with it though to find out the hunting/fishing information and the sunrise/sunset info. We recently used it to find out how much the speedometer is off on a classic car that Geoff’s dad bought.
We cache all through the winter. Not as much, but we’re still on the trails. Sometimes we ask ourselves why we’re subjecting ourselves to the elements, but we’d do almost anything for a “find”.
We’re a little late on getting to this one. Congratulations on your first 100! It’s no easy task to take the whole family out like you do.
Congratulations Jeff! Don’t go blaming this achievement on us though, it’s your own ambition that got you to where you are.
Chicken huh we will see about that
We visited my father and family in Florida over Christmas. We found I think 6 of 7
Sleep is overrated. Proud to say we found the Yellow Jeep in Michigan. Chased it all over the city too until it stopped at a hardware store where we stalked it and snapped a couple of pictures of a dog “driving” it. Got a few strange looks from the patrons walking by. I can’t say I blame them.
WGA should be proud of the participation we got at the campout too. Just goes to show…if you plan it they will come!Congratulations! What more can we say…? There are a lot of hours and hard work in that number. Well deserved.
Congratulations! Way to Go!
Congratulations. If you keep up this pace, you’ll beat Otter in no time.
Ww were in Rock county this weekend and some of the parks gates were locked. We still did the caches. Just a longer walk.
Congratulations to you two! What more can you say about such an accomplishment?
You have not cached until you
1 Ate at Cousins covered in mud after taking a header down a hill
2 Went caching between your nephews baptism and the after party, which was less than a mile apart.
