  • Congrats on the iconic find Ed! There is a really cool webcam cache that I’m planning to do on top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire at the end of July…just in case you’re interested…. 😯

You beat me to it Pat! I saw the log come through late the other night and I didn’t get a chance to make a 2222 thread! Congratulations to the Masters of Math on the nice number of caches and thanks for visiting my first Wherigo cache!

Congrats Jim! That definitely sounds like a fun cache to do.

I am thinking of holding a matchstick rummage sale soon…I have a few extras lying around! 😀

It was kind of funny Gwyn that you wrote a piece in one of your posts that I thought of immediately upon seeing this remarkable milestone…..

We can celebrate finding challenge caches, getting 1000 and all that stuff, but none of that really matters anywhere beyond these boards, if even there.

What really matters is when two really special people can celebrate something as great as 30 years of marriage. 30 years! That is a whole lot of trekkin’ and birdin’! May you two celebrate many more in the years to come!

I have a 2005 Chevy Malibu, bought it with 21,000 miles on it. It now has 238,000 miles on it and it still has two payments left on it. Still doesn’t leak a drop of anything underneath it. I might have gotten lucky, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, and they are reasonably priced.

I did buy a 2007 Chevy Equinox for my wife yesterday though….she wanted to sit up higher. From what I have seen so far it is also a nice vehicle. OK, my plug for GM is over! 🙂

It is hard to imagine finding 7000 1.5/1.5 caches, much less the types of caches that you have garnered to fulfill 7K! Well-rounded cachers x 2+, adventurous caches, hikes up large hills in state parks, and deep valleys, and canoeing down the river. Wow! 7000 caches found in T&B’s world HAS to = FUN! Congratulations on your milestone and here’s to many more! 😀

Congratulations Pete! You certainly picked a very meaningful cache for this milestone.

Congratulations on your 2000th! It always sounds like you are having a blast, which is what it should be all about!

Congrats there Jim on #800. Guess I better get the silver paint off the shelf and get busy. I have to get over there and get that series done too!

in reply to: Miles Walked??? #1929602

I did that a couple weekends ago when I cached in Janesville with lagrac. We did 80 caches and I had a difference of 13.9 miles in a single day. Yup, tired would sum it up!

in reply to: Sandlanders Goes Crazy (Eights)! #1929579

Way to go with the 888! The octopus cache was indeed a fun little cache. I wasn’t as gutsy though, I waited until they were closed! 😯

    Congrats on 1500!

I asked my labrat neighbor to the north Saturday if you were at the campout. He said that he hadn’t talked to you in awhile and didn’t know what you were up to….well now we know! Congratulations on the 3000 milestone. That is a big deal! And I’m glad to hear that you accomplished it without the need for a technical rescue team having to come and extricate you from some precarious position!
