A couple times when I posted a log in the field from my phone, it would say some type of “failure to post log”, so I would either try again in the field or post when I got home. But then a day or two later, my phone logs would post on their own, causing a double or triple post.

Thanks, yeah I was worried about overlap as well, so I attempted to carefully plot my Queries using a map program and did my best to make the distances set so none overlap or duplicate. I’m sure I missed a few caches caught in the “no mans land”, but whats a few caches missed with a few thousand loaded. On that note, are we just blessed in Wisconsin to have a high density of caches or is it like this all over the U.S.? We are pretty lucky.

thats awesome, thanks. Its cool to see caching getting more into the mainstream and limelight. So do you have to be the FTF on those caches to get anything? That sure makes it a challenge.

On that same note, about how many caches will fit on the Oregon? I mean using PQ, not GSAK. Any ideas? guesses?

THANKS Sweetlife, thats a HUGE help. I have that page bookmarked now. I dont think I wouldve ever figured out how to use Pocket Queries and get them onto the 550 without that link. Its kinda complicated for non-computer special folk 😉 We are gadget people for sure, but the deeper computer stuff, we can be “challenged” at times. 😆

I’m gonna guess the new record is close to double. So I will commit to 100,000 logged 10/10/10 finds.
