We would but all our time is spent answering questions about puzzle caches and updating the puzzle solution database. It’s a “hole” lotta work!

On the Left Side of the Road...You actually have to ask now? I thought if you’re in the club they just send the list around.

Could be that http request fails half way through, so the phone resubmits the request to the server a second time.
I would guess this as well. I have posted some duplicate logs and all have come from the phone based on failed postings and automatic retries.
On the Left Side of the Road...Yet for all the justified grumbling about the game, there are more and more and more caches including ECs placed every day. It seems there is no limit to the number that the game can sustain. What explains the paradox?
On the Left Side of the Road...Ditto, not worth the expense or hassle on any level.
On the Left Side of the Road...Yeah this thread is depressing. Of course ammo box thefts are not new but they seem to be much more frequent. It’s just to be expected unfortunately as financial barriers to the game become lower. In other words you used to have to invest in a GPSr and usually had more than a passing appreciation for the hobby.
Now anyone with a phone can go and there are countless people with no skin in the game. As in other areas of life that leads to people who just take.
Regarding PVC tubes, it is also our experience that they are more prone to leakage than other types of containers and more finicky to seal. Of course any container will leak given the right conditions or enough time to deteriorate. Placement decisions are half the battle.

Fretless dulcimers?????? NOOOOO! I learned how to do a really cool thing today that depends on having the frets, even though you can’t actually touch them to make it work.

On the Left Side of the Road...Nice job!
But the devil still is out there…
On the Left Side of the Road...We’re considering a big numbers run as well…it’s always exciting to find those special road signs you didn’t know existed or the elusive hidden treasure of a shiny guard rail.
On the Left Side of the Road...You may find this hard to believe but some non-geocachers do not like geocaching, and I would not put it past them to do vigilante removals. Of course that doesn’t explain the episodes where the contents are still left alone.

On the Left Side of the Road...I am very soured on ammo cans. They are simply too good of a prize for people to steal.
Our largest problem has come from a geocaching class that goes on during the summer through the school. It’s no surpise that after they take a few dozen kids out to go caching, the nicest containers disappear in a few days.
