Maybe the streak could be continued/ended at #1000 with a tribute cache…
On the Left Side of the Road...Congratulations CJ. That’s a great way to make the milestones more than “just about the numbers.”
The cache itself for 900 puzzles me though…shouldn’t it be published as a ? cache? As it stands there’s no way the owner can enforce the logging requirements within the guidelines for a traditional.

I don’t trust anyone else to store my data. One little slip by the programmers and all this info becomes public knowledge.
You’re not paranoid, everyone is out to get you.:P
That’s why I only use the notes feature to write snide logs about crappy caches. It’s very cathartic.
On the Left Side of the Road...I second that motion.

GR Don’t short change yourself, you have 3430 since the beginning of the game, not 3008!
Yeah but that’s one year for hp2…and more recent logs I see…….

Ummm…Holy crap! Did I actually miss this entire KB for the past 4 years or is this relatively new? I see where it’s linked in the bottom and in the “Hiding a Cache” link now. Maybe I just missed it.
On the Left Side of the Road...Tried the whereyougo Droid player today and it is far better than the garmin app in terms of speed of response, no crashes, and a better UI. Only hitch we had was that the internal gpsr seemed off compared to a native gps unit, by about 30 feet, so we had to wander a bit for some zones. That could be a problem if you had a zone by an area you could not enter, like a building or water.

Can’t you accomplish this by way of a challenge cache?
Hmmm…it’s a geocaching-related challege, but not related to specific caches….what sez deh reviewers?
On the Left Side of the Road...Yep. That night cache is gonna cause the same problem for those easily frustrated newbie cachers, cachers who don’t like night caches, are afraid of the dark, etc etc etc…

On the Left Side of the Road...This is the same issue you have with multis. I don’t see what the big deal is.
Also I might point out that since you were proposing a night cache, which has by definition an unpublished final location…
On the Left Side of the Road...If you want I can send you the uncompiled program for our Whereigos. Might help you see the various elements and how things are structured. That is assuming I can find the files.
On the Left Side of the Road...It’s been so long since I wrote our two Whereigos that I would be starting from scratch. I’m assuming you’ve already gone thru the online tutorial, or as far through it as you can get without getting totally befuddled?
On the Left Side of the Road...Oh boy…. 😯
