I would say that the BOD dosn’t have anything to do with this. This is up to individual cacher that hides.

1. The rating system
2. The Attributes…..

This should be an easy fix. I have thought of a new idea. PHONE TEXT HELP LINE. There is a number you can TEXT with your cell phone, and ask questions like:
I C that Local Landings (Big Twin) is rated 1 on terain. Can a weel chair get there?
FEW MIN. LATTER :::::::: NO…..

What goecacher out there dosn’t have this “KIT” already up and running? I mean all cachers got the GPS, some kind of compass, a cache already set up. I think that There would be a new Forum post with upcoming TEACHER SPOTS. I would leave it up to the goecachers around that area to talk at. If there is no one to do it, then it should fall back on the BOD.

I would like to propose a nice little CITO day event, state wide…. I would give out a TB to the person who pickes up the most trash and posts pics. online showing who piced up the most trash by lbs. What you think. Maybe try and buy a TB Coin for them to win……

There is a lot of people running this term. Lot o comp….. I think it would be harder to be the voter then the person running. LOT O CHOICES……. Good Luck Voters!

For the most part, I would have to say YES I have enough time. Work is usually prity slow and puter work seems to be a big part of it. I can’t say that I will be on WGA every day. Sometimes Work will be up to my elbows. For the most part, I am a night owl and seem to be up late at night. I have internet at work, home and parents house. Plus I would be able to give out home # and texting # just in case there is somone that needs somthing. I would say that there are a lot of cachers that have my home # allready. I enjoy working on the puter so I would do everything in my powers to try and get online at least once a day….

I would like to see all geocachers in WI. as members. But I have seen that some cachers don’t seem to like to talk about caching much. For instence, I meet up with other cachers at work related events. Very few words, if any, seem to be shared regarding geocaching.

WOULD I like to see all WI cachers as memebers on WGA? Yes
Will I promot WGA and get new members? Yes

How did I hear about Geocaching? Funny, this is the second time I have been asked that question today:
A long time ago, I would say 1993 maybe 94 or right around there. I was at my parents house watching LOCAL TV. Twin Citys 4, 5, 9 and 11. Cant recal what channel I was watching, but I think that it was some kind of news. They started talking about Geocaching. THE SEED WAS PLANTED. 10 years latter, I had a pritty good job and decided to buy my first GPS. The girlfriend at the time said that I would never use the thing, but agents her wishes I got it. It was the Etrex Legon.
I then went to the library and did a serch through dogpile com. (gps treasure hunt). I think GC.com was the first one that came to the serch.
My first cache was called Across the River. Located down in MO. I found it after about a 20 to 25 min. serch. After that, tried doing it every chance I get.
Geocaching made me get the internet at home. Love it….. Like I saw on somones post a while ago: “You know Geocaching is a lifestyle when you would rather forget your walet then your GPS.”

I would have to go with ZUMA on this one. I don’t see anything wrong with the old (or current) one. But if somone wanted to take an Inits. I would be glad to see it and make a desision at that time…..

I would be all for it…. Don’t know how many people would be interested in it though… I made up a simple bumper sticker saying “Official Wi. Geocacher. I can’t say that there was too many people that got them at my last event….

I agree with ya Cheeshead… I live close to the MN. boarder and always thought of trying to become a member there. Well, you probably know why I kind of gave up on being a memeber there. BUT I BE WITH YA ALL THE WAY. I think that it shouldn’t matter where ya from. You want it you got it….
