….someone who might have a connection to the DOT through Wisconsin rest areas might have mentioned something about geocaching and rest areas. Perhaps this information was passed onto others with more cloute, and the realization of what geocaches at rest stops might add to state tourism or whatever was recognized…..

Yeah — it was the old email. No worries though. Won’t waste anyone’s time. Don’t have to send me a new email.

Yes, I told people at Groundspeak who were inquiring about coins that they were not yet even minted yet, but they are getting antsy. I also mentioned that I was sure something would be posted on the Groundspeak forums, but I continue to get people emailing me ordering coins. My suggestion was to keep an eye on this forum to see how things are progressing.

Oh, I only selected the phobias that would impact caching. There’s many more I could share (but I have a fear of sharing!)

oh, you mean triskadekaphobia?
An outside-of-caching phobia of mine is that others will learn how much useless knowledge I actually have inside my head…..
Now if we want to talk obsessive-compulsive behaviors, I could go on for quite a while

There are no shortcuts to any place worth goingThings that sting (wasps & the like) — only because family members have developed major allergies after only a few stings. I’ve had only one in my life so far.
Falling down and hurting myself significantly — since I’m usually alone, and wouldn’t probably have a plan if I needed help.
Oh, and in a minor way, having to get into the water. Not for the water, but the things in there that could touch me (fish with teeth, loch ness monsters, or even aquaman for that matter).
