Here’s the link to the first one… http://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=2e99590384c4
The key word there is “hours.” 🙂

They sure don’t make it easy. I couldn’t handle the Oregon. This one is better, but it lacks a few things.
By the way, does it do car routing, with beeps for turns like the 60 did?Yes, but only when you own a copy of the OPTIONAL CityNavigator maps for an additional $79.
You can do a master reset to restore the menu missing items. However, it will erase ALL data and restore it to like-new condition. Anything saved will be wiped out and you’ll be starting over.
Here’s the instructions how to do that; it takes only a minute:
http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId=%7B94841fa0-ca0c-11e0-cf56-000000000000%7DHere’s a video on how to do it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7e_9cDQH_MAs for the other issue, you won’t need to unmark anything if you do a master reset; it will all be erased.
However, if you choose to not do a master reset but want to find a cache that was inadvertently marked as found, there is buried in the menus “show found caches.” You could then see it and navigate to it. Can’t recall exactly where the “show found caches” option is; I’d have to play around with one to find it. I currently use an Oregon but used to use a GPSMAP62s.
With the Maker Madness event happening in our area tomorrow, this log, though relatively short, made me think of how adding a simple prop to a cache can make a difference. This one from I Spy a Frog GC38901
“This is a terrific example of how a humdrum small cache can be made really cool with just a little bit of extra effort. A small inexpensive enhancement to the container and an interesting write-up on the cache page has made this into a memorable find rather than just another one soon to be forgotten.
We, too, have fond memories of the kids froggin’, also up north or on wilderness canoe trips in Ely, Ontario, and in da U.P. But I did not see any other frogs today, even though I did explore this area a bit.”

Way to go Wendy; we’re glad we could be with you for some of those adventures! Also congrats (again) on your caching streak of 740 consecutive days and counting! 🙂 🙂
I need a bigger monitor.
Well then; we have 6 down, only 41 to go!

(Really… It should be a lot easier, but it’s still 300 pieces.)
It’s just “evil” instead f “very evil.” 😈
Looks like the hippie has been busy creating puzzles. Keep them coming! Unless they’re 300 pieces. 😉
