We’d like a set of WGA Pathtags also.
We also plan on camping for the weekend. If it is color season there could be other campers, but this might be a couple weeks early. Nice park to camp in….look forward to seeing you there.
Subject: Teacher With No Sense Of Humor
Our teacher asked us what our favorite animal was, and I said, “Fried
chicken.” She said I wasn’t funny, but she couldn’t have been right,
everyone else in the class laughed. My parents told me to always be truthful and honest, and I am. Fried
chicken is my favorite animal. I told my dad what happened, and
he said my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love
animals very much. I do, too. Especially chicken, pork and beef.Anyway, my teacher sent me to the principal’s office. I told him what
happened, and he laughed too. Then he told me not to do it again. The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite live animal
was I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, just like she’d
asked the other children. So I told her it was because you could make
them into fried chicken. She sent me back to the principal’s office
again. He laughed, and told me not to do it again.I don’t understand. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher
doesn’t like it when I am. Today, my teacher asked us to tell her what
famous person we admire most.I told her, “Colonel Sanders”.
Guess where I am now…
While in Arkansas, we saw a series of SLAP caches….turns out to be Skirt Lifters Anonymous Project
Have canoe, will cache!! Hotdogs Off Trail, including Jag, plan to be there.
We will be camping at Yellowstone Lake State Park for the weekend. PM me with times and location where you want to meet. Looking forward to the hunt.Sounds like we’ll have plenty of “flippers” and other help. Thanks to all, and I’ll contact you at the campout.

Just possibly your group could volunteer to remove the cache container for the owner??? The worst case would be a “No” from the owner.
Bump??? Anything from DNR? It’s going to be hard to get everything in place by Memorial Day at this rate.
Thanks for Volunteering. Will look forward to seeing you there. we can still use some more help.
Just being “Federal Property” doesn’t mean that it is off limits. We have two caches located on US Corps of Engineers Property. Keep checking.
We use Atlas Snowshoes from REI. Love them!! We did two plus miles yesterday at Devil’s Lake State Park, and climbed the bluff on the Ice Age Trail. Once on top we headed bushwhacking cross country to a bluff overlook area I’ve always wanted to see, but never had in 60+ years of living near here. Absolutely beautiful new views. Snowshoes will get you there, but be careful and take proper precautions. Have fun!!
We still use some of the holders for Bonnie’s Garmin 2+ unit that it replaced. It fits pretty much the same size as that.
We have had an Astro 220 since last March for our little Jag. It is great for geocaching in new areas, and old ones too, to keep track of up to 10 dogs. It works wonderfully, and gives us peace of mind that we can find Jag if he gets lost or gets hurt (done that – broken jaw) and can’t get back to us. We live near Devil’s Lake State Park (Sauk City area). don’t know if that’s any help to you. Questions…email us.

No hot dogs??! Aw, man

Hotdogs Off Trail disclaim any part of this above representation.
We still enjoy our long hikes and hunts the best. But not all geocachers are able to do these hunts, so there’s room for other types of hides. All we ask is to “keep the confusion orderly”.
News about Dr. Evermore and Lady Eleanor Cache. The demise of this cache has been greatly exagerated!! I have talked with both Dr. Evermore and Mr Delaney, and although both would like to see changes in location, nothing is immenent.
Think about moving this in a month….I don’t think so. I was here when the good Dr. arrived and began building the Forevertron, and was even able to help in small ways, over twenty years ago. It was built on three semi trailers, and intentions were to then disassemble the sculpture, drive it to the Mississippi, float it down on barges to Dogpatch Amusement Park in Arkansas. Well, that was the plan, but things kept growing until it is now the World’s Largest Scrap Metal Sculpture. It will now take quite the logistics to disassemble and move.
Still time to come and enjoy one of Wisconsin’s most unique caches.
