Shocking that they would charge for something that does them no hardship, and further attracts visitors. Where does Groundspeak stand on this? Seems like they should be able to use their clout, and our Premium fees, to take this off the back of the individual Earthcache CO’s………..OR are they just a listing service? If this was an issue in WI, we’d expect the WGA to step in, effectively…..perhaps the WGA already has.

This won’t be won on paper….just an opinion. This will be won and lost on the web vote. Seems there should be a way to leverage social media connections and campaign for 100,000 votes. Think outrageously big!

(Even old-style chain-letter solicitation of one’s friends should help, but it takes time to get the network to grow. Create & post a nice short form letter we can cut and paste to send to 5 or 10 of our friends/mailing lists, asking them to vote and likewise send it on to one or more of their friends. Not outrageously big, but with Packers’ Homeland Pride on the line, this should spark activity.)
