Eventually these caches get archived and yet I’m aware of four that I have found that were still in place long after they were archived
Pardon for the ‘off-topic’ remark here, but these sound like great examples of what the WGA Rescue Missions were created to eliminate……to go out and pick up the ‘geo-trash’ and/or verify the area as cleared.
Not from up there, but that is the same name that came to mind when seeing the title of this thread. Don’t know if it is still discussed, but there used to be a ‘movement’ to create a 51st state, “The Great State of Superior”, that comprised the UP, Northern WI, and NE MN.
(Not to be confused with the secessionists from the “Sovereign State of Winneconne.” 🙂 )
And don’t forget about UNGA…….see Professor Cheeze about that.
Or 3G / GGG => Gitche Gumee Geocachers
Perhaps take it exponentially viral (tastefully and respectably outrageous, of course), to break out of this foot-race. What would Vince do? (Or a social media-savvy kid or grand kid?) 🙂
How did the advantage come down to 35 in the last several hours?
Who is this Steele guy?

Not sure whether to post this or not…………….if it should be taken down, the cat will likely have to pet the squirrel to make it happen – with our blessing – as there are only about 8.5 minutes left on the timer for this poster to do so….make that 8.2 minutes……8.0……
Not sure what the previous poster is talking about , but just helped hit 9100 🙂 🙂
darn…missed #1000 🙂

Just saw Rick live on the “Pack Attack” show on Channel 9 (WAOW) out of Wausau.
Might be a coincidence, but not long after this posting, Rick took a nice lead of 200-300 votes. Do it again! Do it again! There should be another TV station in Wausau, four in Green Bay (get the UP vote too), not to mention sports radio programs all over the place.
And taverns, lotsa taverns, ey?…………….even Sports Bars. 🙂

Our voters are all human. 😉
But I can’t believe that the scrutiny on this is as big as for the Walker recall. Maybe for whoever wins the two tickets to the away game, but for every vote? I could make up a couple more email addresses and list ourselves again. It just says one vote per email address.
But only the two of us are voting since our cats are all long gone. 🙁
We’ve kitties to lend! 🙂
Think ‘h. r. puffinstuff’ is gonna get kicked off the petition next week?
Anyway, keep voting for Rick!
That was easy. Check one for geocaching! Done! 🙂
For Android, there is also a relatively new entry, Neongeo, that uses the Groundspeak API, and costs $4.26. Haven’t used it, but am interested in how it compares with the others. Long-term, it may have an advantage over c:geo, as Groundspeak decided to partner with them, and seem to have snubbed c:geo. Just my take.
Bottom line, though – haven’t used the $10 app, but use c:geo, like Todd300, and it works sufficiently well, that we’re not looking to make a switch.
